Enough big, clean room ,new furnished, and designed. Nice pool, sauna, good foodservice. Lot of to see in the area. Special thanks to the reception / young guy/ how organised that our emel parking ticket will be paid, /from his privat bankaccount/ what we couldn,t solve it by ourselves.

very nice hotel with sea view in the beautiful town of cascai. very near to Sindra and lisbon center of cascai is in walking distance the only problem is that is quite difficult to have even breakfast in the unit as the kitsen is very small without a coffe maker
Conveniently placed but really outdated and poor cleaning service

Stayed there for a few days for Ironman Cascais. The hotel is conveniently located and has a free parking, which is great. But... it is very old. The hairdryer dates probably from the 80's and stops working after 30 seconds... curtains let light come in as they cannot properly be closed. Room cleaning is suboptimal - we took food upstairs from the breakfast room, and it simply stayed there... the cleaning staff left cleaning products in the room, did not replace toilet paler nor towels and left rubbish where it was... Towels have holes (see picture)... Breakfast isn't good. Worse coffee I've had in years. These are easy fixes which would make a real difference.
Great stay- would recommend

First time here & really enjoyed it. Ladies on check in were very friendly. Pleased with room- junior suite room 303 looks out onto Cascais and room for kids to be in lounge area. Good they have a keycard side gate at the bottom for quicker access walking into Cascais. Enjoyed pool. Out of season so chilled and plenty of sun beds. Good breakfast. Quite busy but good selection. Glad to see not using plastic gloves- I work in healthcare & this is worse for risking the spread of germs as people reuse/apply their mask first so touch their face/mouths then touch the buffet- it only works if a certain procedure is followed. It’s also a huge waste of plastic. Just enforcing sanitising is best. So that was a relief to be honest! Thought the toiletries in the rooms were a great idea. Only negative for me was the pillows were way too chunky & gave me a bit of a stiff neck as spine couldn’t lie straight. Other than that would definitely recommend. Parking onsite & location excellent. Cascais is stunning and well worth the visit. Also Guincho & Sintra. Enjoy!
Good position with good facilities

This is a well positioned Hotel within walking distance of all attractions. The Hotel pool area is spacious and with plenty of sun beds spread around. The rooms were large with a sea view aspect, recommend best views upwards of 4th Floor. Good Housekeeping. There is an outside bar area serving snacks. Covid rules being followed.
