Golden Tulip Plaza Caserta

I stayed last week with my family and taking three double rooms, non-smoking. In all three rooms, air conditioning was not customizable, and therefore conditioned to 18 degrees. The thermostat allows you to change the temperature, but it was not respected, so we had to switch off. In my room, there was a very strong smell of smoke, and multiple cigarette burns, both in the moble of the room, and in several places in the bathroom. In the evening we decided to have dinner all 5 in the restaurant, and we took different dishes, from the first to the dessert. The quality of all the dishes is really poor, and unacceptable for a hotel of this level.And finally, the next morning at breakfast ... a great selection of Briosche of all types, but clearly not fresh. I took several, but the result was the same. All products of very low quality. I travel a lot for work, and it was the first time I stayed in a hotel in this chain. I had never had so many negative things, in respect of the 4 stars. I do not think that it respects your quality level, but that it is due to a local management to be reviewed.

We are here for a weeks stay. I came with my Mother & Child. Firstly, the staff was very ameniable and friendly to children. Great pool with many lifegaurds and great lifestyle. Clean, representable and helpful. The food in the restaurant is exquisite and the menu changes every night. They even made a simple pasta for my child one night. The room is big and the room-service excellent. Go there if you want an uncomplicated place with great atmosphere.

Staff and rooms are OK Breakfast is ok Sweemingpool is good The gim room was close ! BUT THE LOCATION IS HORRIBLE This hotel located in an old industry area There is not much to do around We left after 2 nights Instead of 6 nights that we paid for in advanced

The Golden Tupil plaza is an amazing Holet who has just hosted the 2019 summer Universiade. It's situated in San Nicola la Strada near Caserta. I came across this hotel during some business affair. I spent 2 weeks at the Golden Tulip Plaza Caserta. It's a modern structure well preserved, furthermore, the staff is very professional and kind. Beside the bedrooms are stylish, cozy and comfortable. In the living basement area there's a magnificent space filled with different waterfall glasses in the lateral naves that I must say it's all very relaxing. There's a restaurant as well where such a tasty food is served. I had such a great time and I'm definitely going back one day. And I suggest everyone else to do the same.
