What a wonderful experience. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were treated like royalty. The menu dinner was superb, high class gourmet food!at such a low cost ( 4 courses each, 1 bottle of wine and grappa for €70) The waiter and chef were attentive to our every need! The room was clean, had everything we needed, except a coffee machine but it's so close to the bar, literally a stones throw away. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast but everything freshly made from the area. Overall the experience was incredible and I have nothing bad to say, will definitely be coming again! Disappointed
Stayed for 3 nights , Air conditioning broke the whole time . on the second night we were provided 1 desk size fan . The heat in the room reached 29+ ( the attached picture was at 3am . We had to keep chasing for updates as no communication. both myself and my husband were sick due to the heat and were even charged for water to cool us down , barely slept . I had to do my wedding make up in the car ( with the air con on ) as the heat was unbearable The hot tub is 5 Euros for 20 minutes . The private gardens go on to the car park ( not private) at all . Pool was used by non hotel guests , unless 10 Italian school children are staying at the hotel and biked from their room! . Restaurant menu very small , wander into town for a better variety and price . Very disappointed- to charge us for soft drinks from the fridge while being forced to sleep in a sweat pit .
Gem
We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a wedding and It was perfect. Lovely pool, food was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Close to lake and town. Will stay again thanks for a great trip.

Ottima struttura ove si viene accolti non come semplici clienti, ma come amici. Cordialità, disponibilità e professionalità caratterizzano sia il personale che la proprietaria che ci ha deliziati con i suoi ottimi piatti adatti ad ogni tipologia di clientela. Abbiamo apprezzato, in particolare, le eccellenti pizze ed i buonissimi piatti vegetariani e vegani che ci hanno stupito per l'originalità della preparazione frutto dell'estro della proprietaria-chef signora Nadia, affiancata in cucina dal bravissimo Nicola. Grande attenzione anche per la nostra cagnolina coccolata ogni giorno con golosi snacks. Pulita, curata e tranquilla la suite da noi prescelta sita al primo piano della struttura. Giudizio complessivo più che positivo. Da consigliare come base per escursioni nei fantastici borghi circostanti.
La terra umbra non tradisce mai
Con mio marito siamo venuti in questo luogo della isola verde dove regna la tranquillità,l'attenzione al cliente e la professionalità. Abbiamo gradito qualche piatto dal menù alla carta e sublime è stata la tartare di manzo. Sabato abbiamo assaggiato la famosa pinza semplicemente meravigliosa. La nostra camera è deluxe superior ed è molto particolare perché la camera si trova su un soppalco che domina la stanza . Tutto splendido e ci siamo rilassati al massimo. Bravi ottimo lavoro
