We are just back from an overnight stay in the beautiful Cavan Crystal Hotel. As always the hospitality was nothing but the best! We started of with a helpful and friendly welcome by Irene Kane. We had a beautiful, clean and spacious room to relax and rest in. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well monitored, and the pool area and changing rooms were kept very clean. Our evening dinner was fab, and the children's unusual dessert choice was catered for with a smile by Siobhan Boyle. Thank you very much for helping us have a special night away with our daughters. Just returned home from a mini break with family in The Cavan Crystal Hotel. From booking this mini break right through to checkout everything was perfect!! I booked this break back in September and dealt with Laura from the Reservations team. This was a booking for 8 adults and 5 kids for a significant birthday and Laura made the whole process as simple as could be. When we arrived we dealt with Irene at reception who was by far the friendliest front of house staff member I have come across in a hotel, she checked us all in (early) and super quick and gave us all the details we needed to make our stay perfect. My in laws received a complimentary upgrade to the Melissa Suite as it was their 80th and 75th Birthday celebrations. The suite was amazing, finished in a dark oak, the suite had a large dining area with table and chairs and a welcome platter with a personalised note from the management and staff. It also had a comfy sofa and a four poster bed and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath. When my in laws walked into the room you could tell that they felt very special and felt like VIPs which was exactly what we wanted to achieve. We dined in The Atrium Bar and Sabrina looked after us so well, very friendly and nothing was too much hassle! The food was lovely and good sized portions. We used the leisure facilities before we checked out and apart from the changing room being a bit cold we enjoyed using the pool (this was the kid’s favourite part)! Before we checked out we sat in the lobby and we were approached at different times by Irene and Sabrina to see if we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Thank you Cavan Crystal staff for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.

Best Hotel in town

Amazing food and service, beautiful rooms, have stayed here a number of times. The facilities are excellent, we are always given a warm welcome and we would recommend this hotel to all friends or family coming to stay in cavan. The new menu in the bar is fantastic, best burger I've had in years. Siobhan looked after us so well.

Honestly can't recommend this hotel enough ,food was divine, service was amazing,the staff honestly couldn't do enough for us ,nothing was an issue. We even were taken for a viewing of there wedding venue and all i can say is wow!! Absolutely breath taking. the leisure center is fantastic also .Will 100% be back 🥰

Reception Team extremely welcoming. Naturally friendly staff. The room was huge, 2 double bed and a single. Slept 2 adults 3 children and an infant. Very spacious. Breakfast was fab, again staff were super friendly. We didn't get to avail of the leisure facilities unfortunately. Thank you for a lovely stay!
