Comforting stay at Cedar Rapids
Perfect location in Cedar Rapids. I would recommend to anyone going on business to Cedar Rapids. I liked the breakfast quality at the facility. Very clean rooms and great service! Would have been nice if they had a courtesy shuttle from the EID airport! But, hey, there is Uber, rental cars and other facilitties.
Extra accomidating
Was in town for a tournament and there was a storm -we needed a place To feed the team lunch that we had brought with us and we couldn’t check in yet-and we only had one team member staying there, but they let eat in the lounge and play games and hang out as long as we liked-and breakfast the next day was amazing! Great friendly staff made our stay fabulous-Clean and fresh room too!
Serve The City Resource Group - Intelligent Faith Conference
Matthew Kreutner set up our groups sales for our conference - excellent job by Matthew. The rooms were well designed for our speakers to work on their new books while also preparing their presentations. The speakers came from Houston TX, Colorado Springs and Atlanta. They were impressed with the accommodations. Thank you Homewood.
Large rooms but thin walls
Hotel is in a decent location, lots of restaurants nearby. Large parking lot and well lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large but are beginning to show some wear and tear. My main issues are with the thin walls and overall noise level at this property. I could hear my neighbors conversations, the patrons above stomping their feet, and kids running through the hallways. Perhaps I stayed during a crowded evening? Overall, I could have had a better stay, and would give this property a second chance.
Nice large rooms
It was a perfect location as our son was starting a new job at Collins Areospace. Hotel is located close to many restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean, spacious and enjoyed having a kitchen for left over food to be heated up. The breakfast is good and staff is very friendly! We enjoyed our 5 night stay!
