Perfect hotel for one night

We were going home and we were looking for a hotel close to the border to stay over for the night. We found this hotel. The price was really good for the stay with breakfast and parking included. Good value for your money. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. No noise from neighbours, good WiFi and a decent breakfast. Would really recommend this place for a one night stay.

Horrible and filthy

The owner isn't nice at all. This hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE. There were bugs everywhere in my room when I entered it. I had to kill them all. And it gave the room not a very nice smell. The restaurant was closed due to some renovation, ok! But there's no restaurants around only if you walk 40 minutes to get a Burger King (Be careful, the road I took isn't made for pedestrians at all) and of course, the hotel doesn't provide some transportation service for people without a car. The only thing they can do is to call one of their friend who's supposed to be some kind of a Uber driver and charge € 40 to drop you in the next city (which was literally 10 minutes away by car) and € 60 at night for the same request because there are no taxis in this area !!! Total non sense. They also provide some laundry service, but they charged me € 45 because the laundry wasn't done in the hotel but outside. My trip here was an absolute robbery, and I will never come back. Don't go to this hotel if you don't have a car, and if you aren't disturbed by all the bugs, the noisy prostitutes and their noisy clients, by the road (Yes, they do it on the road...) and ALSO the owner's noisy dog that barks all the time, next to the guest's rooms.

Very sad hotel nearby the highway.. Rooms have a smoking smell, the network not really working, and they price is quite high… I suggest to look for something different, unless you are really desperate and need a sleep!

Top Hotel for local attractions!

We booked this gem of a hotel as we were planning to visit family in the area( family of four)located only 20 mins from Lake Como and 35 mins from Milan, its value for money is excellent. The staff are all very very friendly, breakfast excellent with parking on site. Will definately visit again, also if you are a football fan, La Pinentina (Inter Milan training ground) is only 20 minutes away, as well as Milanello (AC Milan training ground) approx 30 minutes away..highly recommended! Again a big Grazie to the Manager and his staff for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is good

Overall Hotel is ok but very old fashioned and dusty rooms. Bathroom cleanliness is ok but needs a revamp. Carpets are in need of a good clean or completely changed. Hotel is about 25mins from Lake Como and not 5 minutes as it says on their site (maybe 5 mins from the first street sign that shows Como). A gentle man from reception was really helpful and he told us how to go around Lake Como. Breakfast is good although there wasn't even a piece of ham (only first morning). Asked for some ham not to have only bread and butter and a strange young girl said "no we don't have". On the whole it was a very worth it price.
