We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have been very satisfied but not this time. Our king suite had not been properly cleaned. Coffee maker in room still had old coffee. The bathroom also was not clean or properly sticked. The free coffee in the lobby was out at 7:30 am. The breakfast offered was insufficient and lacking of selection.. Stale bagels, and bread. No muffins or croissants. Apples only. Trying to get assistance at the front desk was a challenge as no one was ever there. Overall, would not recommend.

There was hair and cracks in the shower. There were holes in the walls. Their excuse for a breakfast had no protein and was purely carbs. The pool wasn’t well maintained. Save your money or stay somewhere else.

Pet Friendly Hotel

This hotel has specific rooms set aside for guests with pets for an additional $ 20.00 per night on our way to FL. On our return north, we were taken care of in a none pet friendly room with 2 dogs for an additional $ 50.00. We were just happy to have a hotel that took care of us and our 2 dogs! It was clean and fine. The General Manager was most helpful!

I have used many time Country Inn hotels. This one was below the usual country Inn standard. The room was smaller than usual, we could ear well our neighbor in the adjacent rooms, the furnitures were tired. It’s a country Inn in needs of a strong renovation! The breakfast was ok, and internet also. But I had the not so good impression to be in a old hotel!

Do not I mean do not stay here especially if you have young children. This place will set you up and accuse your children of ripping window shears that not even a grown man could do. Housekeeping seemed nice but will also set you up and accuse your children of soaking a mattress and ripping already torn window shears. Please also check your room for pills that housekeeping neglects to vacuum up. They will accuse you of not allowing them to clean your rooms. Why would I want someone to clean the room when obviously they are not being cleaned in the first place. AND why would I want to be moved to another room for you to investigate if one room has pills they all could. Blood pressure meds can be extremely toxic to young children. So glad this place only cared about their 110 dollars for window shears that my children did not destroy. Absolutely horrible customer service skills whatsoever. I mean who turns the lights out on people still eating their breakfasts. DON'T STAY HERE . Just spend more money and stay at candlewood. To bad I'm forced to rate this place just to leave a comment absolutely 0 stars.
