Walking distance to everything
A 16 hour rest stop on a trip south, but perfect for what we needed. Room was new, clean, fresh and unique. With COVID restrictions the ability to order food, and then walk across the street to pick it up was terrific. Kudos to the staff who when we told them we would be leaving prior to the start of the on-site breakfast offered to give us some of the non-perishable items that we could take the night before.
Excellent Staff& Excellent Hotel
I want to say this hotel of the Areya Management brand is the best. DO NOT GO TO THE CANDLEWOOD next door. That hotel is ran down, smells bad and the General Manager is not worth a dime. On a better note, the GM here at the Springhill suites was and is AMAZING!. She really made my stay special. I would like to give a few special thanks to the staff listed below: Taj Brodbeck- This man deserves a raise. He is on it! Ok all I can say he is so awesome, so personable, so professional, so amazing and can we say classy like his name lol! (love him) Shannon Warren- Just delightfully amazing, punctual, super personable (love her) Sugena Damon- That glow, smile and awesome personality is AWESOME! (love her) Carissa Boyer-Always goes above and beyond, extraordinarily amazing! Zach Dupree-SUPER AMAZING! Although I can not thank all the staff here individually, I want to give a special thank you to all of the staff that helped make my stay an amazing one! This is a great hotel, that offers a nice cute gym, with an indoor hot tub....wait my apologies I meant to say kids pool lol. The lobby is always clean and Covid friendly! Outoor fire pit just sets the mood for anyone at anytime. Lets discuss the rooms. Rooms are a nice size and very contemporary. The channel line up isn't the best nor is the ability to steam but overall a nice room and wonderful stay.
BEST HOTEL AND STAFF
This hotel and staff are exemplary! I stayed for four months while on a work assignment. The hotel staff is personable, hard working and top notch at guest service. The cleaning staff keep the hotel extremely clean and with Covid, I had no worries. There is a comfy fire pit outside, that makes relaxing at the end of the day worth while. Everyone on staff learned our names and treated us like family. The manager was always inquiring what she might be able to do to make the stay more comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is close to this hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable. So much appreciation
Clean, great hotel
Absolutely recommend this hotel. Rooms are nice and big. Very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast is served in the lobby with everything individually packaged. Need to restock more efficiently. They have a nice fire outdoors during the evening
Hotel drive
Once you turn down hotel drive it’s an all exclusive street. Anything you need is right there within almost walking distance if we actually walked anywhere in the US. People literally drive across the street, lazy Americans. Perfect location with shops and eateries within 100 yards. Buy a new truck while here as you only have to walk next door to test drive anything. Room was nice and laid out well. Bed comfortable
