Needs lot of improvement to be the 1st choice for me

I booked a room for two friends and reached around 8.15 pm. Since I had to attend a wedding nearby, this place was chosen but the pics shown in MakemyTrip site and actuals are different. Room was on upper floors, which was difficult for me to climb, there was no lift. Size of the room was barely enough for two of us to move around with care, to avoid bumping into each other. Bathroom too was not clean as was the case with almost everything in the room. We had to leave by 6.30 am the next day, entire staff was sleeping near reception, no provision for tea or coffee. Management must do something to improve this place.

After a long road trip in India, sleeping always in cheap and most of the time creepy place, I decided that I should take a good hotel for a few nights, or at least something wich looked like a good place to stay... That's how my road ended to this hotel wich is part of the biggest mistakes of my journey. Why ? Owners were into administration's sheets when I arrived and they absolutely didn't care about the customers waiting for check in. (We were 2 people waiting) Minutes after minutes, we fill all the papers necessary to access to our room... Papers that they are supposed to fill by themselves as it's not to the customers to take care about their legal obligations to the Indian government. Finally, after 3 hours of wait at the reception without providing anything than orders, we got it done. But it wasn't finish because now I had to wait the shotu for 30 minutes ! Then, he brings me to my room, on the 3rd floor, without any lift or help to carry all my luggages. And the room ... this room is absolutely not as the pictures you'll find online. You'll find a room smaller, with a bad smell, without table for dinner, with dirty bed sheets and with a wifi connection worst than in the middle of the desert. The room ABSOLUTELY don't fit the price they ask for. Avoid this place.

Friendly and comfortable stay

The hotel is located a main location. The check-in process was very easy. The hotel management, especially Mr.Tiwary & Nithin were very helpful. The room was also neatly maintained and everything was fine. They have wifi facilities and restaurant, which is very tasty and of very less price. Overall experience was wonderful. People here are very friendly, kind and helpful.
