Fantastic Staff! Clean Hotel!
Checked in today for a 2-night stay. Went to gym and after workout noticed the cups for the water were all gone I let the staff know and the front desk employee gave me a cold water bottle for free. Super nice staff! The room is very clean with a pack of alcohol wipes. Remote is sanitized in a bag. I am very impressed with the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff so far!
Feeling Welcome
When the front desk clerk goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, it makes a difference. That was the case at the Courtyard Phoenix Chandler. While the property was in the middle of an extensive renovation, he made sure we got a room that was just redone. This Courtyard also provided complimentary to go breakfast! Thumbs up for the Starbucks coffee too, which was also free.
Just ok
We stayed here one night passing through. I was disappointed ... with the lack of amenities. I have never been a big fan of courtyard and this confirmed it . I prefer other Marriott hotels . Room was just ok
Clean room, good location
Our Courtyard room was well appointed but the sound-proofing was very inadequate. Noises from the adjoining rooms were a persistent problem. The location, however is excellent. It is convenient to the airport and there are a variety of excellent dining choices in the immediate area, making this a great choice for those who will do not have to spend much time in the room.
Comfortable and Convenient
Great service by service personnel in all areas. Very convenient to airport (about 15 min). There is a Starbucks which has alcohol and makes breakfast in the morning. Food was very good, but I thought a bit expensive - $14 for an omelette.
