I wanted to put in a good word for Cynthia, who went out of her way to help me. The heater in my room was not warming the room up. She brought me two blankets, which were still warm from the dryer. Each time I see her, she is busy assisting someone. I am a veteran here waiting for my housing to come through. It’s really nice to be able to talk with someone who is professional and friendly instead of making you feel like you’re getting in the way. Hats off to her for a job better than well done. I truly appreciate you, Cynthia

Cynthia she is the housekeeper an the front desk she is just so sweet she make everybody smile an do more then her job she do everybody else job she make the kids day they just love her so much she just so nice

I must say that I really enjoy the staff at this location Mrs.Amber the manager has done an amazing job with this facility and the team.Keep up the great work and the beautiful altitudes. Thank you all for being so accommodating during our stay.

Memory foam mattress was surprisingly comfy!! Quaint. Will definitely stay here again. Front desk staff is professional and pleasant. Great place to stay. Not too far from stores and restaurants. Upgrades were VERY nice!!

Well I will start out by saying when I first came to the hotel the extended stay America airport area 710 Yorkmont Road they were very nice I was able to check in early on my first day they are very understandable when I had to make a payment and I had to wait to after check out I am so grateful for them the customer services are wonderful the manager she is awesome I forgot her name but she is awesome and all she want is her employees to be acknowledged so With that being said I would like to thank Jesse Brandon and Miss Joanne for great customer service for always having a smile in spite of the situation I just want to say thank you and I greatly appreciate it your smile makes me smile so that means we smile so thank you again God bless you all and I will stay here again and I will recommend they are awesome house keepers they are friendly they speak but I really Haven’t met them outside one and I forgot her name but she was a white lady but she was very sweet thank you again and happy holidays happy new year and God bless you guys and yes I recommend extended stay America airport area address is 710 Yorkmont Road my name is Tamika and I stayed in room 123 and 179
