My stay here was second none. Professional staff, clean rooms and although no full breakfast was a available the grab & go breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the strawberry pop tarts and blueberry muffins. I can not forget the turkey sausage biscuit and the plants base options. This was great for a family that doesn't eat pork. Would stay again!

Not worth the aggravation

My husband reserved a room for our trip to Charlotte for the Bank of America 400 this past weekend. When we got there to check in, our room had been rented to someone else. After waiting for well over an hour, we were FINALLY given a room. My husband was told that, because of the ‘mix up’, he would be given a discount on the cost of the room. I guess by saying ‘discount’, they meant the full price of the room. Thanks to the person who gave away our room and noted it on a piece of paper, which in the end made us have to wait around 2 hours to get a room that was reserved a week before… our one night away from home, just the 2 of us (in over a freakin year) was ruined because of an inept employee. I pray that I’m never forced to stay there again, that’s for certain!!!!!!

Not a safe place.. People loitering in the parking lot, When you walk in the building you smell marijuana. The place is run down. The floors are dirty and sticky. People talking loudly and slamming doors late at night. No washcloths. The hand towel had mascara on it. The shower door wouldn't stay closed and the seal on the door was missing.

We stayed there 1 night bc we were attending a concert in Charlotte. The room smelled of body odor & sanitizer. I called front desk & they told me they had some Cuc&Melon spray I could come and get. Had to turn AC off..it smelled..thought that's where the smell was coming from. Luckily..we had a window or we would not have been above to stay. We slept with the window open and AC off. Definitely won't stay there again!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & FRONT DESK PERSON NOT WEARING A MASK.

I decided to stay at the property after a long ride from DC. This is definitely a hotel I normally wouldn't visit. Upon check in front desk worker last name "Stephens was not wearing a mask. He asked for my ID and I let him see it through the glass. This boy asked to touch my ID and he was not wearing a mask. I will not let anyone touch my things that I have to put back in my pocket without proper protection. But before you enter the hotel it states everyone mask wear a mask. But giving his attitude he apparently do what he want to do. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This boy had an bad attitude and stated I could go somewhere else. He called his Manager and was talking rude to him as well. This boy has no customer service skills and definitely makes the company look bad. Its already a low scale hotel and with low scale workers. I definitely contacted corporate about his poor customer service. I will never visit here again and I definitely don't recommend this basic hotel with basic customer service skills to anyone. Its better hotels in the area.
