On our Thanksgiving trip from Florida to Tennessee we stopped last minute at Quality's Chattanooga location. Location was clean, easy to get to, close to Waffle House although offered breakfast sandwich which we missed due to over sleeping. Walmart just next to property to pick up last minute items. Just watch out when turning onto the road from the highway that you do not hit the huge pot hole on the left hand lane. We blew out our tire, sufficient shoulder to change the tire to donut spare but had difficulty finding a replacement on Sunday. Drove to our next Quality destination in Crossville, TN upon checkout and finally found a tire dealership.

Great visit, room immaculately clean. Will do Quality again. We stayed at five lodgings on our trip. This Quality was the best. Staff was personable, breakfast great, but best of all, the room spotlessly clean.

The price of the room was very good. Comparable to others in the area so, we chose this property based on reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows were great. We would definitely stay here again.
Checked In and Immediately Checked Out

Just bad on all levels! Checked in and, upon arriving to my ground floor room, was overwhelmed with cleaning solution odor. Parked my bags by the door and immediately noticed the window was OPEN. Was able to close it, but NOT LOCK IT (a BIG concern being on the ground floor with a wooded area being all I could see). Tried to turn on the old, very old, AC unit to get rid of the cleaning solution odor but found it didn't work. Looked around the room and realized it was old, funky and somewhat dirty. I went immediately to the front desk to report the window being open and me being unable to lock it and the fact the AC didn't work. I was met with shrugged shoulders and the comment "I don't know what to do about that." I went back, retrieved my bags and went back to the front desk to check out. "No problem" she said but, when asked for a business card, she said "I don't have one". Okay, well I need something with the name of the hotel, address, phone number and your name. She said "I'm not giving you my name and I don't have a business card." Frustrated, I asked about the paper I signed/initialed when I checked in and she shook her head in the affirmative. I asked for a copy and she did provide it. This place needs a lot of TLC! When one is traveling and tired, they assume they are paying for a clean bed, a secure room and clean air to breathe. You will NOT find any of those things here folks. I usually find at least one thing to be happy about but, as hard as I try, I can't find it regarding this hotel.
Crusty and outdated.

The hotel is outdated. It’s not filthy, but there are stains, broken things, and just subpar quality. When we arrived our sheets were stained. There corners of the room and walls are dirty. Everything is scuffed and scratched. The towel rack in the bathroom is damaged and rusty. The indoor pool is freezing cold and the water is murky. The “breakfast” is just sausage, eggs, waffles, strawberry yogurt, and white sandwich bread. The coffee is watery as is the juice. It’s just overall a subpar experience. And the poor staff seems overworked and exhausted. The one positive is the beds aren’t terrible.
