The Courtyard Buffalo Airport is a very good hotel. It's an older Courtyard but was renovated recently. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby is spacious. The bistro is open for breakfast, dinner and drinks albeit with a limited menu. Jess at the bistro was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and professional. The only issue? It was very difficult to watch the TV from bed because of where the TV stand is located.
All was fine except the 'false advertising'

We arrived late in the afternoon, after a long drive and just wanted dinner. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, the website read you can order all day off the (short) menu & pick up in the lobby. Ok, so as directed, we called the front desk to place our order and were told the website was WRONG, the restaurant was closed, it was "false advertising" (yes, that's a voluntary quote) and they had nothing to do with the website, which hadn't been updated since the start of the pandemic (As in over ONE YEAR AGO!) At least this is what we were told. We eventually went to ANOTHER hotel in the area to buy food and bring it back to our room. Though the room & hotel were comfortable and clean, the staff friendly & polite- there is a lack of communication which results in a not so great review from guests.

Staying one night on business at a Courtyard because the quality is consistently good. What a pleasant surprise! This property, across from the airport is a gem! Not so much for the physical plant which is new and spotless, but for the staff. Three staff contacts and three great people. Ally at the front desk saw my full hands and expedited my check in with” no problem”, and “ we can do it”. What a treat! Then I went to the Bistro expecting adequate fare and got another treat. Sarah and Jess treated me like I was a regular in a great old local Buffalo bar, i had a great steak, a couple of fair poured drinks and a very nice time! I expect consistent quality from A Courtyard , but the staff here really kicked it up a notch. I strongly recommend for business and airport travelers. Well Done!

I do alot of traveling for Baltimore Football games I generally stay at Courtyards by Marriott because of my Marriott Gold Status, but this hotel was not one of the best I've stayed at. When I Landed in Buffalo on Saturday Night December 7th I called the hotel for the shuttle transport to the hotel. I was advised that they didn't have a van driver and that I would have to take a taxi. That was fine because the hotel would pay for the Taxi. The front Dest associate checked me in but didn't ask how my day of travel was. And didn't acknowledge my Status with Marriott. I was silver status with 21 elite nights. This "Stay" would bump me up to Gold Status. Even if I was a basic member and didn't have any status. The Front Desk associate should at least acknowledge the status you do have weather its silver or ambassador. The Room; the room I booked was a King sized room and while the bathroom was in great shape. The bed was lumpy and hard. Didn't feel great as I slept in the middle of the bed. The lamps on the side of the bed that have outlets in them were broken and couldn't keep a charger in it without falling out. The furniture and desk and such weren't dusted and just seemed like they just changed the seats and towels. I also tried to order pizza from a place the hotel recommended since I got in so late. But the phone wasnt plugged in. So I asked the front dest to plug in my phone since there was literally just a phone on a desk. No phone cable or anything. They said it would be plugged in and working on sunday when the maintenance guy came. He never did. Just a pretty less than average stay at one of my favorite brands within Marriott.

On a business trip with a 6am flight so needed a Marriott chain hotel at the airport, never stayed at a courtyard so decided to try it out. Rooms are great, staff attentive and helpful, room was ready wheb I came at 12pm. Shuttle to airport was fast, the Bistro was good with great beer selection. Good hotel
