Great Customer service
Room was spacious and very clean. Checked in last night after flying was accommodated very well Tia the front desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful on where to eat and walking trails. Made my stay great! Would definitely recommend.
BEWARE property website promos
BEWARE of website promo! Advertised Park n Fly...$50 for 7 nights, but site charges three times that at booking. Call to get more information from "Ariel" who identifies herself as the Manager and she proceeds to tell me she isn't even aware of the ad and she would talk to "Revenue Manager." Two days later they update website special to "limited dates" and refuse to offer me the deal. Customer service at its finest.
Catching a flight
This hotel is very convenient to Boston Logan Airport. They have a very nice bar/restaurant and they will drive you to the airport in the morning. It’s new it’s clean it’s nice, I recommend. We will see you next month.
Convenient & easy!
We used park & fly and it honestly could not have been easier. We drove down from NH, stayed here on a Friday night and flew out Saturday morning. The room was spacious and clean; they even brought up a crib for our baby. In the morning, there was only one other person on the shuttle, which was right on time, and a quick 10 minutes to the airport. We left our car and when we returned a week later, the shuttle arrived about 15 minutes after we made the call. It was super fast & easy. The hotel staff and drivers were friendly and courteous, and the return driver even dropped us off right by our car. The whole process was so easy and we will definitely stay here again the next time we fly out of Boston. Thank you!
Nice facility with conflicted priorities
The room was typical of a Holiday Inn--clean, comfortable, and spacious. The surrounding area is relatively industrial but there are gas stations that are a walk from the hotel. My only disappointment was the airport shuttle. It was reliable and prompt picking me up. I had to take the first AM shuttle back to the airport. The driver did not ask me which airline I was flying until they took care of their corporate clients first. I should have been asked and told of their practice--like every other airport hotel does.
