Unbelievably noisy , could not believe how badly sound proofed this place is !! You can hear voices through the walls , every single footstep above and outside in the corridors as well as every door opening and closing ! Not terribly restful at all 😡 It’s a real pity as it was not cheap , on the plus side it was close proximity to shopping centre .This place only has a single lift so you will wait a while , leave in plenty of time to allow for this if you need to be somewhere on time !

Very comfortable stay walking distance from everything

I stayed at Quest Playfield for 4 nights with my family (2 adults, 2 kids 7 & 10). We stayed in an executive room, which was a studio and 1 bedroom apartment with adjoining doors. It was perfect for us! The kitchen was a good size to make breakfast and cook a meal, with a good selection of utensils and pans etc and a reasonable sized fridge. Beds and pillows were comfy and the apartments were very clean. The car park downstairs was easy to navigate and there was always a spot available (no allocated spots). All of the staff i dealt with were lovely and very helpful. There was a small issue where we were charged the incorrect rate on checkout, but this was dealt with very quickly after a phone call, and the refund put back on my card before I'd taken off on my flight home. The apartments are in an excellent location, walking distance to Chermside shopping centre which is huge, and includes some excellent restaurants upstairs where the movies are. Across the other side is the Kedron Wavell RSL club which is also a great place to go for lunch or dinner. There's also the Chermside Aquatic Centre with waterslides for the kids just next to the RSL, and the Chermside library is right there too (though we didn't venture inside this holiday). You're only 15 min from the airport so it's quick to get home, and Chermside has a bus interchange if you need to catch public transport. Highly recommend these apartments for a very comfortable and easy stay.

Great place go stay, location is central. No issues with our stay at all. The Grab & Go breaky is a great idea. Facilites where clean staff were friendly & willing to help at any time. We will definately return

A relaxing and enjoyable Christmas

The location is great, the apartment immaculate and the staff were all so friendly and efficient our stay was a very relaxing experience. Slight inconvenience with our dryer being out of service (awaiting parts) but housekeeping delivered a drying rack within minutes of our request and offered the use of laundry facilities downstairs if we needed them, so it shows their commitment to customer service. Only one lift in the block can be annoying at times but this is peak holiday season so we probably experienced it at its worst. Thank you to all the team who went towards making this a great stay and especially those staff who worked on Christmas Day and Boxing Day - we really appreciated your devotion.

We regularly stay with Quest apartments - Brisbane and Toowoomba. They are always helpful and friendly. I can't fault them and highly recommend them. Our last visit we had friends joint us and we added an attached studio room so we could all be together. Perfect for families.
