Have been staying at this hotel for many years. We were always pleased, until now. They are advertising a full breakfast, something that is part of our decision making when finding a hotel. In the past they had a very good breakfast. This trip we're told they stopped that during covid, but have not changed the listing (still says full breakfast).
Wouldn’t Stay Again

This property is supposed to be a Choice Hotel award winner but not sure how or maybe just had an off visit. It is located on the edge of town so have to drive to eat. Person checking in was not personable at all. Best thing going for property is the balcony that you can go out back door of room to sit on and look at the river, only thing is only one chair on the balcony, guess if there is more than one in your party you have to take turns or move heavy chairs from room out to balcony. Room has carpet and no refrigerator or microwave, tv has limited stations. Two stories so if downstairs can park in front of door. Most of the plugs in room didn’t work. Room could have been cleaner, dust off the tops of pictures, wipe down walls and door jams and fix sink spigot so water doesn’t spray all over. Not offering breakfast. Basically it was a tired old room with tired old furniture that I was charged way to much for, would definitely not stay there again or recommend.

We stayed here at the last minute, desperate for a room and glad to get one. The motel is older but it is very clean and nice. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Small balcony in the back overlooking stream. It is very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. I also accidentally left an item of mine in the room and they kept it for me to pick up. Very nice of them.
They must be having some COVID issues

Read the description very, very carefully. Our river view room had a tiny balcony, but no chairs. It’s hard to enjoy a balcony with no chairs. Our room was not cleaned, and we had to go to the lobby to ask for towels. The room was relatively clean, if you don’t count the food crumb found under the sheet. Yes, I pull the sheet off to check for cleanliness. Some of the lamps were missing bulbs. Our room didn’t have a coffee maker, nor fridge or microwave. There are absolutely zero extras at all. None. For $140 a night, it is laughingly basic. The bathroom is insanely small. We are not overly large people, but if you are, the bathroom size would be an issue. The toilet also literally rocked when anyone used it. There is a tiny little TV, but we weren’t here to watch TV. It’s crazy basic. On the upside, the bed was really comfortable. We had 5 fluffy pillows, so that was something. No way we would stay here again, for the price. This is a $70 a night hotel, at best. The lamps are connected to a poor extension cord. The AC unit sounded like a plane taking off. The room smelled musty. When getting our towels, another couple were insisting on a refund because the pool is closed, and there is no breakfast at this time. The desk clerks are very pleasant.

Look at your room before check in. The pictures on the internet are deceiving. It really doesn't overlook the river, however you can see the river in the distance. If you stay here, upgrade to the suite or you will very disappointed. No breakfast and the pool was not open which was not indicated on the website.
