Great hotel and great service.

I would say it is the best hotel we have stayed at so far. Great (and plenty) of food, different types, sweets, fruit and ice-cream, snacks available between lunch and dinner, drinks available from 11am to 11pm. Great staff, always willing to help and always nice and friendly. Clean rooms and cleaning service everyday. Even the pool and the bar is so nice and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is to change the furniture in the rooms, however I understand that the pandemic didn't help either. We can only recommend it! It has been a great experience and will definately come back next time we will be in Crete.

Stayed there in September 2021, nice hotel with clean rooms and lovely staff. Food delicious and plenty of choice every day. No aircon in the restaurant. During covid masks and gloves on when plating food. Hotel only for people without mobility issues. Top levels rooms have a lot of stairs and hill to get to the hotel is quite steep. There is couple of beaches around. To the left (15min walk) to the right (20min walk) so not very close. Pool nice, clean, plenty of sun loungers around, salty water. All inclusive drinks served in plastic cups-wine, beer, brandy, gin, vodka, rum, raki, ouzo, coffee, tea and soft drinks-no cocktails in all inclusive. Not much to do for kids. Overall nice hotel for people who are not looking for anything luxurious.

Amazing hotel

We arrived on the 31st August for 1 week . Upon arrival staff help with luggage . Our room was spacious with a balcony looking out to the sea,air conditioning was free (added bonus) after a slight leak issue on the Air con it was fixed ASAP. Cleaned everyday fresh towels daily and a linen change mid week . Here is the best bit ,The food was exceptional and plenty of choice ,who for myself being a fussy eater is a bonus,I managed to have a meal at every sitting . The pudding's are to die for .. strawberry mouuse is the best I have tasted . Cakes were delicious and plenty of fresh fruit . All inc drinks soft drink and local beer n spirit. The outdoor pool and sitting area always manage to get a bed but brace yourself for the water it's cold no getting away from it .. also very cooling in the heat . Every member of staff are polite and friendly nothing it to much trouble. The main area is spotless . A little supermarket on the main road just at the end of the village road . All in all this is a lovely hotel and is well worth the money and a lovely relaxing stay . If I was to come to Crete again I would definitely come back to the Semiramis . Thank you for making our stay relaxing and care free

Worst Hotel in Cherso

From the moment we came the receptionist was really disrespectful. We couldn’t play music even at a low volume. If you want to enjoy your holiday don’t come here. The people at the bar also had a lot of disrespect for a lot of people. DONT COME HERE!

Awesome holidays in Semiramis

The hotel was offering everything we needed: clean, big room with a sea view and air condition :), very good Greek food, friendly and helpful staff. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing. If you think about the car rental, you should definitely go to Heronia :) Thanks for the great stay in your hotel!
