This hotel was suggested to us by a partner hotel because we were travelling with a dog. The only good part of the stay was the comfort of the beds. The room seemed clean, but it was in such poor condition it was hard to tell. The toilet had been used and not flushed - argh. Later we learned why as we had to "fix" the tank filler to use it again. The only clerk was totally bored/annoyed with our arrival. There were bags of trash in the hallways. The clerk in the morning was impossible to find.
Could not be worse if you tried

Disgustingly dirty. When I asked at the front desk for a refund, I was only offered another room. Front desk clerk surly and not familiar with customer service. It was one of those hotels where you zip up the suitcase at night in hopes of keeping the bed bugs out of them while you sleep. Shower curtain moldy, urine dried on the toilet pedestal, burn holes in the bedspreads, floor was guilty as were the hallway carpets. If it wasn't so late at night when I checked in with children already asleep, I would have turned around and left. No breakfast unless you call juice "breakfast".
Worst ever/crack house

I am a diamond member and have been for many years with choice. This is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. First at check in the clerk was out right arguing on the phone loud with someone over a reservation fax. I was told my company had not sent payment but it was laying on top of the pile. I arrive to my room that was filthy along with a spoon, a cut straw, a bottle of liquid, lighter, narcan, and strong rubber band thing. I quickly changed rooms. 2nd room was missing smoke alarm lamp shades telephone was disassemble. All ac units are very old home sized window units. Took it 4 hours to cool my room it was off when I arrived. The bathroom has black mold and mildew all over.. the Rates change as different clients come in, see photos. Notifying Narc unit at pd city/state health board and fire department. SUPER DANGEROUS.
I stayed in worse, rarely

Sorry my pictures are too big. This may be one of the poorest maintained Quality Inn's in the system. $70/night to military personnel (their target clients) to stay in a dump. I did not try the breakfast if they have one, the coffee maker was off, none in the rooms. There was a 4' counter for breakfast if they do it, so you can imagine. Start with filthy, gum in the carpet. No trash cans outside, a trailer with flat tires in the lot. The floor in the room was ceramic and had chunks of stuff on it. One of those dark cave motels. Ground floor is below ground. They are so cheap, they put in switches to turn off the refrigerator with micro print on it. I had to move the furniture out to figure out how to get the lights and refrigerator on. Anyone knows you don't leave an unplugged refrigerator closed. There was mold all over the broken freezer door. Sad because it was a nice unit. Only one channel worked on the TV. The handles were broken or missing from the drawers and the armoire (the only place to hang things). At $45 maybe, but at $80 the owner is just going through the dead's pockets on the way to the cemetery.
