Spent four nights at Roomzzz Chester. Pros - Good location, spacious deluxe room with view of racecourse. Reception team friendly and helpful, grab and go breakfast was handy. Parking easy in the hotel car park. Cons - expensive for what it is (especially for the Saturday night (likely due to the race being held on that day)), given that it is just a room - no other facilities such as a bar restaurant or gym etc. Black furniture in the room was a bit tired and tatty and the room seemed quite clinical rather than comfortable. Very smeared frosted bathroom door. Room wasn't cleaned at all while we were there. We put the do not disturb sign up for the first day, but removed it and assumed the room would be cleaned for the remaining days, however this didnt happen. Not a huge problem as we requested fresh towells which were provided promptly, but we had to buy bin liners to collect our rubbish which built up in a pile over the duration of our stay. I'm not sure whether the room should have been serviced or not due to recent restrictions. All in all not sure that we would return.
Very Good Value

We enjoyed a 3-night stay at Roomzzz Chester. On-site staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, we liked the mini-kitchen, and we were glad to find that the windows could be opened. The free breakfast included fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit pastries, yogurt, fruit, and juice.
The accommodation price was lower than other hotels in the city centre and represented a good value.
We would return if in the area.

Stayed in the penthouse apartment, It was a pity it rained during the stay and didn't get use of balcony, the previous person/s dishes were still in the dishwasher when we got into the room 😳, nice location,

Just returned from great 3 night stay at roomzzz chester.. on arrival we were well recieved by reception staff and given room 14 on the ground floor. Happy enough with this as room was more than ample, clean and we recieved a very welcoming food basket. Staff were very helpful and the maintenance guy was on hand instantly when we couldn't get picture on tv. Sorted in no time at all. He went on to tell us all about the city and good places to visit eat and drink etc. Most helpful. Chester itself was really nice with plenty to do. Will def return with roomzzz as our 1st choice
Lovely place to stay

Really nice Aparthotel, the location is ideal for if you want to go explore Chester but don’t want the noise from the local bars. Only noise really was the church bells which did get a little irritating after a while, especially when they were ringing at 9pm. You can catch the hop on/off sightseeing bus nearby as well which is handy.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile when we went through reception and they gave recommendations of places to visit locally which was a nice touch.
The room was really nice and beds comfy, though we had to ask for extra pillows as it felt like our heads were sinking! The room was kept clean each day, though the tea/coffee supplies didn’t seem to be refilled during our 4 night stay. Only complaint is it would be nice if the rooms had a small freezer, but everything else was great.
The complimentary grab & go breakfast is a nice touch, not much of a selection but it’s complimentary so you can’t really complain!
There’s some lovely restaurants and bars nearby if you want a night out, or there’s some supermarkets if you just want to grab food to take back to the room. Overall a great place to stay.
