Horrible for the extremely high rates HVAC did not work right,
We were charged 160 a night but when i got on the web site the suit was 124 could not find attendant to get towels room had a funny smell to it . Found hair pen in middle of floor so that told us the room was not cleaned . Bed did not appear to be cleaned at all was red stains on comforter. Jetted tub jets were weak .
Locked out
Reservation was for 4 nights but every day the key quit working and a new key had to be issued. Twice the issued key would not work and I had to go back to the front desk and get it corrected. One one of those times, my wife's key worked and mine didn't.
Great hotel
Very clean and efficient hotel. Staff was very accomodating. Would stay there again. Hotel is close to everything in Cheyenne. Also allowed a late check out because husband was sick. No issues at all.
Over priced
Hotel was over priced for the services & room provided. No HBO channels, no carts for moving in luggage, the bed in front of the TV had a depression from being over used, very uncomfortable for sleeping. The parking lot was very dark at night.
not the room we wanted
I talked to someone at the days inn in Cheyenne. They didn't have the 2 queen and bunk bed room available that I wanted. He said they had the room at this motel. That was not true. This room was just a 2 queen. They were full. I couldn't get another 2 queen room. 4 adults traveling together. We were very disappointed not getting the room we wanted. It was a very small 2 queen room. I'm not going to stay at microtel again. Should have known with micro in the name.
