Very well located. Heritage property with Pool and Dining. Lawns. Spacious and well. Maintained. Excellent service and good buffet breakfast. Priced reasonably for all the facilities and status. Ideal stay in Khajuraho

Ho nahi paaega sir

Worth a 500rs / day hotel. Here are some experiences: 1) The attached photo is the bed they gave at 2000rs extra. 2) "Ho nahi paaega Sir" I got this answer atleast a 10 times in two days. It is the default answer to whatever you ask, even for remote of AC. 3) refused to serve food at pool side 4) Refused to serve dinner as Tandoor not available/ kitchen not operational, had to go out and find it in city at 10pm. 5) while booking- "this is the last room available", and during breakfast no buffet because only 3-4 rooms occupied in hotel. 6) the commode was broken, bath fittings are broken, room filled with spider webs, the photos that you see online are probably many years old.

It is really an Ok place to stay. The good thing is it is close to the Western Group of temples. But on the other hand, while the property looks grand from the outside, it can do with some TLC. A real major drawback is the terrible wifi. It is almost non-existent. The breakfast buffet is nothing to rave about but the room service we ordered was much better. Most of the staff including reception staff don't speak English, which is a problem. We also wanted some extra pillows and had kept on calling them but never really received the required number of pillows. During my last visit I had stayed in Clarks and prefer that to Syna. So definitely there are better options to stay in Khajuraho.

The place is a bit run down. The bathroom has leaky taps and the bed and pillows are hard. The service us really bad and they don't know how to talk to customers. Last day we are checking out and we asked for food at 1130 as we had a flight to catch. After 15 mins they called and said they can't prepare as the breakfast is going on. I called and asked if they can do snacks as we had children and the airport doesn't have anything, they just refused to do even snacks such as sandwich or kathi rolls.. never again and there are definitely better options!

Destination Wedding Experience

If you are looking for a themed destination wedding, then Syna Heritage, Khajuraho is the place for you. We had a great experience in this beautiful vintage property with a well-behaved staff. The food was tasty and all other services were good too. I would like to thanks Mr.Mahesh Arya for his great hospitality and support. Would highly recommend this place. Dont forget to click some pictures with a vintage car parked right outside the property :)
