Vacay in Chiangmai
Love the natural green environment around the resort. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the water heater did not work properly for the first night but the hotel gave us two complimentary nights for the next visit. Good location around Mae Rim.
Cozy
Nice and cozy place, not too expensive clean and tidy room we got. We have breakfast since early morning before leave the resort was very nice. Reception was very kind to our kids and she escort us to room too
Exceptional peaceful place
My favorite place that I’ve been there more than 4 times. All private villa face the jungle and stream. This place is very peaceful. There are 3 choices of breakfast including boiled rice and Western.
Attention to details needed
My wife and I stay at Proud Phu Fah for 3 days 2 nights during winter season and the weather was cool especially at late night and early morning. Proud Phu Fah resort is a hide away small resort in the hill with the embrace of jungle. Of course that we didn't expect the high standard from the resort but there are soke details that the hotel owner/management need to pay attention into it if they wanted to sell the room with the rate over 100 USD a night. Room need a major renovation, the sign of wear and tear are every where. Bed is hard as a rock, it gave me backache after 2 nights stay there. The worst is wifi, absolutely worthless! We have to use our cellular for a whole time. Food are so so. Would recommend to try food at Pan Wiman resort which located close to this resort. Staffs were nice and helpful especially the young man at the restaurant who had a short hair. He has no hesitant to provide whatever service that guests asked for. All in all, next time we will stay else where if we come back to Mae Rim again.
Found snake in room area / Hotel good location
Hotel is good location but need to improve how to solve the unexpected situation. Around 8.30 pm we found a snake in the room area between bedroom thru bathroom then we call to reception to help us. After that 2 hotel staff coming and kill that snake. We request to change the room because we don’t sure that how many snake? The other snake will coming again or not? After we request to change the room, reception told us that you can change but you need to pay extra more because it’s different type of the room. What do you think? I think it not fare for the customer because it’s not my fault. It’s should be hotel responsibility. Finally we pay extra more for change the room.
