The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a fast checkout process and there seemed to be a security guard on duty. The rooms were clean but the only thing was no refrigerators in the rooms. The breakfast was great and was served by servers who were also very nice.

The Best Western Mirador is a great place, comfortable and the pool is an added feature. It is centrally located and one can walk to many different locations. Great for families. The people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

the worst best Western....

They cheat you on dollar exchang..internet sucks, bang on your door at 9am to ask if you plan to stay another night.. Check out is at 1pm.room .......OK but old very noisy. Maid banged on door at 10am even though do not disturb sign was out..they had high school team here which I don't mind but they let them stay up after midnight and then up bouncing basketballs at 7am

Short walk into town

Comfy rooms and only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Helpful front desk and restaurant as well as a nice pool. A good budget option, there is a nice bar next door. Make sure you visit the Pancho Villa house and take the chepe train!

Convenient position

Convenient position on the main road so access in and out of the town was not difficult. Rooms were off a good standard. The restaurant food was off a good quality and all the staff were very attentive to our needs.
