Time Out Hotel

Not sure where to start - the broadband does not work, the room is so humid that the sheets are wet, the floor and walls are wet so the risk of slipping is immediate. Further the walls are so thin that you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you / street. I left after one night because my stay was so appalling and having been told by reception that I would receive a refund, management subsequently denied this and send me unpleasant emails with totally fabricated accusations about my stay. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I had a few weekends here to get away from St Lucy up north. Its right across the beach and lots places to eat and drink. The pool is the best I have used and some rooms are right on the pool side. If you want peace then go to the other wing where you can be quiet. Its cheap too!

This being the second time visting the hotel was amazing. First time was a lil mishap but this second stay was a COMPLETE diffence and in our eyes very satisfying . The receptionist was just as good as the first time and service was welcoming again. The room was a BONUS upon entering (as it was a birthday celebration it had an unexpected setup that was greatly appreciated) we then learnt that Ms.Jospeh was the one behind it, special thanks to her. As a local it was close to some partying areas and good food establishments so that was a plus for us.Also special thanks to Ms.Farmer we want to thank you again for a pleasing response to us. If you are looking for reasonable prices and a little get away Timeout Hotel would be one to consider. Three nights well spent💯

Visited for a week. Made a direct booking which was simple and had good communication with the management team during this process. Good value for money. On arrival lovely front desk staff and welcome. Easy online check in system. There are no lifts which was a daily inconvenience (luggage assistance provided upstairs on arrival and departure by the pleasant and helpful Joe). The pool view room with balcony was a good size with a fridge and kettle ( no microwave in room but there is a communal one on the ground floor for guest use). Fair size bathroom. A really lovely and clean pool area with plenty of seating and umbrellas (but mosquitos prevented us making full use of that area) The hotel does not have a restaurant as such but The Amigos (The Sporting Pig) is adjacent but independently run. Staff we met were always courteous. It was a quiet time in Barbados and not many guests due to the pandemic but had a comfortable stay. Beach is literally just across the road.

We are really hoping and praying that we can return to this fabulous Hotel for Christmas. We came home after spending Christmas there last year and booked right away to return. This will be our 3rd visit to Time Out Hotel and love everything about it, from the Reception Staff, all the cleaners and porters who can’t do enough for you and especially Alicia Farmer the manager of the Hotel, who always makes time to chat to you and make sure you are enjoying yourself. The rooms are superb we have stayed in a Superior room and a Pool View room and they are immaculately clean, we really can’t wait to go back, and hope you are all keeping safe.🌈
