Decent hotel. Hard to see the sign from the road. Turn at the Dunkin Donuts. Appears recently remodeled. Impressive lobby. Large rooms. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Actual thermostat that works. No road noise.
They call what is served for breakfast 'continental, due to COVID'. Here is exactly what you'll see: instant oatmeal packets, cereal, milk, apples, bananas, oranges, prepackaged refrigerated omelets to heat in a microwave (as rubbery as you would expect), juices and yogurt. Not bad, but thought it would be better. 24/7 coffee in the lobby. They also have tea packets and hot water.
A few cautions. We were in room 320. The remote in that room works when it feels like it, but it does have the full Spectrum channel lineup. One of the closet doors won't open. It has one of those fancy new showers with a shallow basin and only a ½ glass door. It has clearly flooded before based on the warped bathroom door. Maybe that's why there was NO water pressure. I've had better showers in campgrounds. They must have cranked down the pressure to stop it from happening again. As long as you're only running the very hot water, it's super strong. It's when you start getting the cooler water that the pressure dies. Only enough shampoo for 2 people for two showers each. Only 1 bar of soap instead of one for the shower and one for the sink.
On our 2nd and 3rd nights, our keys didn't work. Front desk said that happens sometimes and fixed us right up.
Rooms only cleaned upon departure, which is getting to be the norm.
Nice clean hotel

We stayed here one night on the way to PA. The hotel was very nice and clean. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The pool was nice. Still a lot of Covid restrictions here in July of 2021☹️
Make sure you stay on the top floor or you will hear the people above you all night. Some of the people Hanging out on the curb outside the front door made me uncomfortable yelling on their cell phones and inappropriate behaviors. Not sure if they were customers or what one lady was out there when we checked in at 9:30 PM and still there when we checked out the next morning. Plenty of parking and the lot is lit well however there are cheeper less quality hotels next door that made me feel uncomfortable about the area.
There were no luggage carts when we checked in or when we checked out. Someone must have kept them in there room all night.
All together we had a decent experience. If I was Management I would have told the lady on the curb by the front door to hang out somewhere else. She made me very uncomfortable.
Worth a stop

After a long day of travel, this was quite a wonderful place place to stop and smell the roses. This place, by any measure, was a hit: room, bed, spaciousness, cleanliness, staff (Yeah - for Collin). Given, it's Covid season, the breakfast was less than we'd hoped for, but all else was so good, we didn't care so much about the breakfast .
Keep up the good work, Comfort Suites.

The property was very clean and new - everything you would want in a hotel near the interstate. Plenty of parking, very clean lobby and room - all at a great price. AND I was delighted to see that the workout room was open - and while breakfast was limited, at least it was included which we appreciated.
New hotel, very clean and safe.

Booked our room through Choice Hotels for a great rate. Desk attendant was very helpful and attentive. Our queen suite was spacious and tastefully decorated. Even though close to the interstate and many dining choices, Comfort Suites sits back from the highway and is surrounded by wooded land. Lovely setting after long day of travel.
