Bad management and customer service!!!

We had plan for longstay and have stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. So far so good for those 2 weeks. But then we know that they have very bad management n customer service. The service is superrrrr slow and had no solution for us. One day, at Dec 15th 2022, at 3 am, the electricity went out because of an air conditioning problem so the room was hot and stuffy. Even up to 8 o'clock I wrote this, there was no solution at all. If the management is professional, we should be moved to another nearby room so we can have a rest. There have been 2x problems with the air conditioning at this hotel and the solution is only waiting for the technician which they call them from third party, which is too longgg response moreover if it is happened in the night, so we must wait after sunrise. Overall, for the experience at the restaurant is sufficient, even though the variety of food is very lacking, it's boring for a long stay. Moreover, the pastry and bread are not tasty, dragging in the throat, and hard, like a lack of eggs and margarine. The staff are quite friendly, the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, the pillows are soft, but unfortunately the internet is not stable. Staying in week 3 got an unpleasant experience, suddenly in the morning when I wanted breakfast I was told that breakfast was only for one person even though the package was the same as the previous 2 weeks, breakfast was 2 pax and there were no problems. Unfortunately, why didn't the receptionist explain or provide information from the start at check-in and when it was confirmed they couldn't give a reasonable and logical explanation, it seemed that they were missing a lot of reasons. At the end we move to next hotel Harper by Aston. Hopefully, they will give great service. In conclusion, the experience here, for Japanese style/class hotel, does not give a good impression and tends to disappoint us, especially for us guests who have longstay here.

My first Impression(30Dec2018-1Jan2019) Check-In: + Fast + Friendly staff + Free internet + Flexible adjustments for breakfast(remember default setting is for 1 person, you must tell for 2 person); 1 person around 110 KIDR, if you want to add for breakfast Building & Design interior: + Modern, stylish + Japan combine with Java style + lighting and ambience is good + interior inside is modern and comfort + Still consider new and clean(this the most important for me) Room Hotel: + Clean & huge + default facilities is complete + bathroom is clean but.. (check negative side) + the room is really seal and cant hear from outside(sometime still can hear but still acceptable) + bedroom is comfort and i feel at home - in my room there is no menu order food list - bathroom style in this hotel is wet type instead of dry type. This one is typical indonesian style. For people is not used to it will be very disturbing and feel not clean due to the water can go everywhere. Why i give negative due to there is no right flow for the water to go into sink properly. That's why all the water can go everywhere. Usually in the hotel must have dry and wet portion. Breakfast and food: + Japanese Food style(i loved it but for some people will think there is not much variance). for me is enough and daily change probably + the taste is nice and clean(important) + quality is good, controlled by chef directly and manager + cheaper price for add person(breakfast) - Need discipline rule for all guest to respect the restaurant not to use bathroom slippery inside this restaurant. Min must use their sandals or shoes. People in the counter must check or give rule outside restaurants. This one is to keep international standard Conclusion: checkin experience is very nice. System need open deposit around 400 KIDR for 2 days even that you already paid for your staying. You must pay in advanced for your stay ya. There is welcome drink(depend on your member grade). Room is nice and clean. Bathroom need to improve and start to upgrade slowly but sure, cause there is confusing style from the design interior itself. Food wise is good and nice keep it like that and improve. I loved the bread in here is so nice especially lemon bread pan(check picture). I will definitely comeback again and i will see the improvement later(will become 5 star for bathroom) . My Suggestion & Feedback: * welcome drink apply for default * breakfast change min for 2 person as default * Nees add clear sperator for the water flow in bathroom to go into sink properly. So all the water will not go everywhere(important). People have clean mindset will not like it for this one * Rule not using bathroom slippery inside the restaurant

A hotel with Japanese style and ambiance. Location is not that strategic. Easy to find but quite far from many places like restaurant or supermarket. They claim that the hotel is 4 star. But, I don’t agree, feel like 3 star hotel. There’s no carpet at the room. Room is spacious but not that clean. I can find dust in glass and in the mirror. Bad maintenance I guess. What I like from this hotel is Japanese Bath, an indoor pool with Japanese Bath. This facility is very nice and so relaxing. Unfortunately this facility is only for men. Outdoor swimming pool is average and bad maintenance. This hotel can be super great if they taking serious in maintenance.

Good for business travellers to Cikarang

Stayed here for a night. Staff are attentive and helpful. Room condition is alright. Food wise there is a Sakura restaurant which serve Japanese food. Other services include head massage and head wash. If you opt for real local food, you can find 500 meter away from the hotel. However , management should look into cleaning the pool often and replace the gym equipments with new one. The treadmills are run down and could jeopardise hotel guest. I almost trip myself few times due the machine not in tip top condition. Overall, due to not many hotel in Cikarang, this is one option you could look into. Or you could check out Holiday Inn nearby which I would on my next visit.

A good Japanese Hotel

This was my first experience of staying in a Japanese hotel, however the experience was good. Some issues with selecting a vegetarian dish for dinner but staff help us to feed ourselves with good food. Before this trip we always struggled to find good vegetarian food in this area. Sakura Park has good rooms, need of shower partition is must, otherwise rooms are pretty good. Spa, lobby, swimming pool, bar and other facilities are too good..
