Stayed here one night with two friends, in a 1King bed suite. I slept in the sleeper sofa in the attached living room, while 2 friends took the king bed. We found the room clean, spacious, and in good working order. HVAC worked well, and room was very quiet. Housekeeping staff person very helpful in getting us set up with linens and extra pillows for setting up the sofabed. Everything was comfortable and good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Breakfast ( we had the buffet) was nice, well-maintained and good variety. Loved the chocolate chip cookies at the front desk, and had fun visiting the live pet bird in the lobby. Would be happy to return here to stay when I’m in the area again.

Older hotel but has good bones… just needs some tlc, in some owners that want to invest some money and make sure that everything is clean. The hotel itself is mostly fine just older. But the couch pillows in my room (341) were stained. When we unfolded the sleeper sofa the bed mattress was very stained and discolored in many spots. It was terrible. My teen daughter said no way am I sleeping on that. Although I didn’t really care that the sink has mismatched handles, it is just indicative of all the small maintenance issues they cheapened out fixing. I reserved a king and wound up with two beds, worked out anyway because my daughter would not sleep on the sofa bed. She actually pulled the sheets off to see how bad the real bed was stained and thankfully they were not, they were fine. They looked fairly new but were hard. Not a great night sleep. Finally, the light switch to the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom so …No way to use the bathroom without waking up anyone else sleeping in the room. That might not affect a lot of people but if you’re traveling with a daughter who seems to have the bladder the same size of a walnut you’re going to get woke up a lot! Just something I should warn fellow travelers about. Oh one last thing it didn’t really matter to us but they no longer give you and your family a free breakfast even if your diamond. I personally find that annoying. They played it off like they’re actually giving me a choice where I can use a $15 credit in the bar vs have breakfast with the family. A breakfast used to be a nice complementary thank you - especially for someone who has been very loyal to Hilton. Now it’s kind of a joke.. Like I said it didn’t bother us because we found a great little restaurant down the road called scramblers and didn’t even bother with the annoyance of a $15 credit. They had an amazing breakfast versus hotel food. But again it’s something that I want to make other travelers aware of so they’re not expecting a complementary breakfast anymore. There is such a thing as being pennywise and pound foolish. From Maintenance to breakfast this place is definitely pennywise! What I stay here again? Probably not. The only thing I had going for it was the cookie. Actually re-thinking our stay, I probably would’ve given it two stars if I didn’t have to rewrite this review to change my 3 stars.

Nice property, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Digital check in, out, and room key made the process so much more enjoyable and easy. Greeted warmly upon entering by the front desk agent, the rooms were spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had knee surgery just down the street and the hotel staff madd sure I had a recliner in the room so I could sleep in comfort the night after surgery. An added bonus is the The cookies are the best.

Staff was friendly & knowledgeable, MOD was walking around and personally involved. Room was clean, everything I used worked. Meeting space was well maintained. I have stayed at this property several times and will again! Oh, and the cookie was delicious....
