El hotel cuenta con apartamentos suficientemente equipados (cocina, estancia, etc) para una estancia media, ademas de ofrecer un desayuno muy basico incluido y tener una pequeña cancha adaptable de tenis/basket con una alberca tambien pequeña. La ubicacion es buena ya que cuenta con una gran variedad de restaurantes cercanos y acceso a las autopistas locales. El cuarto sin ser amplio, cubre con los requerimientos estandares para tener una estancia comoda, el unico inconveniente que se me presento, fue que a diario encontraba arañas (de mediano tamaño) en el area del baño, lo cual a mi no me incomoda pero hay personas altamente suceptibles a cualquier tipo de insectos, adicionalemente que no sabria decir si estos intrusos eran peligrosos pues el problemita fue erradicado rapidamente con un chanclazo.

SONESTA Suites Blue Ash The quality is disappointing

We stayed at the Sonesta Suites in Blue ash over Christmas. Found a cigarette butt in the room. Thought there was no smoking. A straw on the floor. Outdated carpet. The coffee maker didn’t work. A cigarette stand/ashtray right outside of our room. They have real wood burning fireplaces so ashes, soot and a cold draft permeated the room. There was a water main break and only some rooms affected. They didn’t notify us so when we got back late on Christmas night we had to call and find out what was going on. Zero empathy Dropped off new keys and off they went. Had to pack everything up get to new room. No water in the new room the next day. Again zero communication. Don’t stay here. Transient and dirty. Coffee takes like hot water. Place is dirty. Stay somewhere else. Don’t waste your money.

First time we stayed but won't be the last time. These folk anticipated our needs and had a great attitude to match their services. Rooms clean and neat. Nicely appointed. No negative issues. Reasonable rates. Who needs anything more?

My spouse and I wanted a hotel on the north side of Cincinnati with easy access to I-71. Blue Ash seemed a good fit and we looked at hotels in the area. We really wanted a place with an outdoor pool which drew us to the Sonesta and the next door hotel - both of which had outdoor pools. After reading horrible reviews about the neighboring hotel and seeing more positive ones about Sonesta, we made our reservation. Upon arrival the customer service was top notch and we were afforded early check-in as well as an upgraded room. Unfortunately, things took a dive from that point. The room seemed dark, almost cave-like, but ample space for the two of us. The decor seems outdated and tired despite the bright attempt at color. The room appeared clean but then we noticed little brown bugs crawling around in the kitchen area. From that point on, it was difficult to relax thinking about the bugs. And then there was the family above us - you could hear every footstep and it sounded like they were running a marathon. The noise went on until about 11:30 and started up again, bright and early, at 6:00 am. Because we are not the "complaining type," we did not notify the front desk about the bugs nor the noisy upstairs tenants until we checked out. We were disappointed in our choice and will look for a different venue for our future trips to Cincinnati.

Great location. Great place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Pools was not open yet so can not speak to that. Great location to stay if visiting the Cincinnati Zoo or Aquarium. Close to food location with variety of choices. Right off interstate for ease of travel.
