To the Pool!
Overall, it was a nice hotel. The interior and rooms were very clean. There were measures in place for social distancing. The pool, while nice, wasn't cleaned on any particular schedule it seemed, so I resorted to using the skimmer to clean it myself. Room service is provided by Royal Ribs and Chicken, and unfortunately, none of the food was good.

The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. But ice machines were broke on two floors, 3 of 4 vending machines were out of service, the “heated” pool was ice cold, and the whirlpool in the pool area was broken. Early in the morning someone from the hotel knocked on my door and woke my kids to ask if I was leaving today. Shouldn’t they know that? The front desk staff was partially helpful as one told me the vending machines all took credit cards (I had no singles) and as I went to each broken machine, none actually took credit cards anyway lol. I’ve had many positive stays here, maybe it was just a bad day.

Wonderful property great stay everytime really wish it would offer the digital key some of us really do not like having to visit the front desk and go through the whole process of showing id and providing the cc of which you used and so forth.....Digital key makes everything much easier and much smoother.....

When you are traveling with a (4) year old an (80) year old, it can be quite challenging to find somewhere to stay that meets everyone's needs. Fortunately for me, the DoubleTree by Hilton in Nanuet was able to provide a safe, clean space for my in-laws while allowing me to keep my (4) year old nephew entertained in their indoor pool. Covid protocols were strictly adhered to throughout the hotel. It is evident that the manager, Ms. Montalvo, has set a very high standard. It was wonderful to see that she led by example providing compassionate and professional service during our stay. My family and I look forward to returning.

I took my wife for a night at the hotel to freshen up after the holidays, we arrived, and we found that the shower did not work, (go to the hotel without a shower ...) when I called the switchboard they said they were sending someone to check, in fact I called a few minutes later they said in twenty minutes will someone come, Finally someone came and wanted to show me how to use the shower, I told him I know how to use ... it's broken !! And it does not work !!, they sent another one and saw that it really does not work, in the morning they told me that they give me a 30 percent discount, I finally paid more than one hundred and sixty dollars a night with my wife without a shower ..... With no consideration at all 30% off is what they offered for a night of waste
