Some of the best service, especially Raphael at the front desk. He made my whole group feel so welcome and showed amazing hospitality every single day. Overall great hotel but the best part was definitely the welcoming atmosphere!

Loved the place..everyone was so friendly..we had the most friendly desk attendee Marian..was there with oldest Daughter and Son-in-law we had a really good time.. would love to come back again!! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical when my girlfriend said our hotel was themed around a dolphin. Let me tell you, this is a super nice hotel. Sure there's a few dolphins in the lobby but don't expect to walk into your room and it's Disney Epcot for Dolphins (there's actually no references to dolphins in the room other than a couple photos of general sea animals) -- the rooms are super modern, comfortable, and have nice amenities. After exploring the island, being anywhere other than the south end of Clearwater Beach Island would be less preferable, as the further north we went the more crowded everything got, but from the hotel you can walk to most of the highlight restaurants/bars within 10 min To the immediate front of the hotel is a beach shop, a grocery/convenience store, and a liquor store (also a great mini golf course) -- to the immediate back is oceanfront pool/sandy beach, which is situated inside the inlet which makes it less wavey and more relaxing tides. Raphael and Mariah checked us in and both had an incredible energy that made us feel welcome and ready to start the vacation. Every time we've seen Raphael since he's basically been the party starter with his outgoingness and vibe with every guest interaction. Kudos to the hotel for snagging him. The restaurant adjoining the hotel (doesn't sound like it's owned by the hotel) had a fantastic breakfast which was really convenient. We snagged this room on a discount and have been really pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

Had a wonderful time. Weather was amazing. Lovely private beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Cabanas restaurant was reasonable and food/staff excellent. Raphael and Mariah at the front desk very helpful.
