Medium quality
It's a medium quality hotel. The position is very good, just out of the highway. There are a big supermarket and many restaurants just around it. The mattress was very very hard! Honest price. Good staff.
Very stylish
This is our first stop over coming back from Argeles sur mer toward Calais. Hotel very stylish, little bit small but very comfortable, theres kettle in the room, tea and coffee. Which is very rare for hotel in France. Close to motorways. Over all wull be back again.
Very unfriendly management
We booked two rooms for two adults and our three small children over booking.com. We got three rooms. One was declared as a family room consisting of two non-connected rooms. Since one child would have had to sleep alone, we wanted the reservation to be undone. We had to discuss for 1 whole hour to get the reservation undone, and this only because of very kind support by booking.com. We can not recommend this hotel!
Would rather sleep in the car! This place needs removing from the site.
After driving for ten hours from Spain, we had three basic requirements. A safe place to park the car, and somewhere with a bar and restaurant so that we could have a meal and few drinks. We were immediately turned off by piles of broken glass to the front of the building and also the rear, obviously where cars had been broken into, but decided to take all luggage into the hotel and take a chance anyway. After we'd paid, we asked where the restaurant and bar were. There was no bar nor restaurant. This was on the 24th June. A Saturday! We were told there were plenty of restaurants in another part of town. Not good enough as we don't drink and drive. I complained and asked for a refund. The lady on the desk phoned her manager and said it was a no refund booking and therefor he was not prepared to make a refund, even though it was a misrepresentation. I made her call him back so that I could speak and he said the same thing, rather rudely and told us to go to one of the local restaurants. This hotel has mislead people by advertising a restaurant and bar. We walked out and didn't bother staying as above all else, we didn't want the trouble of getting the car broken into as we still had to drive across to Dieppe for our ferry the following day. We had a very uncomfortable night sleeping in the car and are taking it up with Booking.com. Hopefully they will sort this out for us and boot them off the site!
Brilliant
I needed an inexpensive overnight stay in Clermont Ferrand and found this hotel on the internet. What a great place, Clean, modern, quiet and a very welcoming lady on reception. Plenty of parking. Restaurant wasn't open on this Saturday but plenty around. The nearby Subway hits the spot if you just need something simple. In all, a great place to stay.
