El hotel Cómo todo holiday Inn tiene su estacionamiento, gymnasio con dos caminadoras, una bicicleta y una elíptica. .alberca el aire libre y el desayuno muy básico. Como esta cerca de una autopista el ruido de los autos se escucha a cualquier hora y para descansar es algo incómodo a menos que tengas sueño pesado. Cerca hay tiendas por si quieres salir a comprar cosas.

Generally nice, bits showing signs of needing updating. Breakfast below expectations, no cereals, pancake machine broken (looked to have been like this a while), no serving tongues for bread and bagels meaning you are eating food people have been rummaging amongst.

Horrible customer service

This hotel has horrible customer service. The manager is very rude and unable to properly communicate with customers. They canceled our rooms to sell at a higher rate so they can make more money. This left us with no place to stay. Thankfully another hotel met our needs and went out of the way to help us.

Quick check-in. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and I was able to get the temperature just right. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed at this hotel 5 nights during Campmeeting at OCi/Ramp. Great location! Close to several restaurants, stores, mall, coffee shops and OCI is only a few miles. Hotel is nicely decorated and kept up. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and both soft and medium pillows were provided. I was able to leave the fan run continuously which is important to me as that background noise helps me sleep. Fridge and microwave provided. One thing I liked is they left me alone. I asked for no housekeeping services and just for fresh towels and trash bags as needed and they were glad to do this. This may not be a big deal for most people but I do my own sanitizing so do not want anyone else going into the room unless needed. The shower has refillable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel attached to the wall. To me, that is unsanitary so I do not use those. If the hotel is providing shower gel they should also provide a complimentary sealed body scrubby as gel is worthless on a washcloth. The breakfast was very nice with oatmeal, omelets, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, Danishes, cereals, fruit etc. Workers kept it full and hot. The hotel feels very homey and comfortable. I am already looking forward to coming again next year!
