Not bad for a night stay
Room was a good value for one night. Clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows are cheap but we got 2 queens and they had 4 pillows each so could double up without a problem. Drove with a trailer and all things untouched through the night.
Never Again
It's just for one night, we said... but in the end... we should have paid more and gone to another Choice property across the freeway. Room appeared ok when we walked in... but the bed skirt was all wonky... bedspread was rumpled and upon further looking there was hair in the sheets. I promptly went to the lobby and asked for another room but they said they had none... so offered to put fresh sheets on the bed. The in room coffee service was inside a plastic bag and not usable (we didn't plan to use it anyways). Breakfast in the morning left much to be desired - only 3 small egg 'patties' and 50 or so biscuits... and little smokies for sausage. Thinking I'd have cereal instead, the carton of milk was in the fridge and only had about 1/2" in the bottom. Husband and I split the 3 small egg patties and had a few little smokies along with a cup of coffee each.... Don't waste your time here...
Just OK
Room was clean. That’s about it. No cups for water. Only the two coffee cups AND 1 regular and 1 decaf for two people!! Shower pressure alright. So nice we were traveling we “tried” to eat breakfast that came with room. Biscuits were barely warm. The eggs were round stamped out, very watery The gravy had been thinned so much it tasted more of water than gravy. You could make a waffle if you chose. We opted to eat a bagel w/ cream cheese. No fruit was offered at all!! I guess you get what you pay for..... Next time we will stay and eat in Vicksburg!!
just off the freeway; inexpensive; very adequate for one night
This 'checked all the boxes', but in reality it wasn't up to our expectations. Pool was small and packed with people. Room was OK -- typical motel room. We went to a nearby restaurant, came back, fell asleep, ate breakfast and left. Bed and linens were OK. If you need a bed for the night, this is fine. For longer, I'd go for something else.
One night only!
We were traveling and needed a room for the evening. Checked the website and this appeared to be a ok hotel. Wrong, this needs to be bulldozed. Drive up to rooms on the outside with people sitting on their cars. Old and nasty! Sheets were like cheesecloth, no thread count at all. Wouldn't walk on the carpet without shoes. Always carry Lysol and treated everything! Especially the nasty AC unit. Granted it was mid point cost $72. We did not even attempt to go to their breakfast by the looks of their lobby and the rooms. These pictures posted are not of the hotel we stayed at. I will be contacting Choice properties, this should not be included in their system.
