Great Staff, Great Location, Great Bed!
Stopped here for one night and wish we would have planned more. Beach access from the hotel, Ron Jon’s up the road, great restaurants and shopping nearby, and very clean place. We loved the beds and had a great time exploring Cocoa Beach!
I guess there is no virus at this hotel
My husband and I checked into this Courtyard and left 5 minutes later. The staff of the hotel were not wearing their masks correctly, when we mentioned it they just looked at us. The other guest checking into the hotel did not have masks on and refused to stay 6 feet away. When we got up to our room it smelled of vomit. We left and were not charged.
Definitely coming back
Came to stay the weekend for our anniversary and we were both pleasantly surprised. From the front desk staff at check it to the room service everyone was really friendly. Room was nice and clean. Loved sitting on the balcony. Great local places around. Great to be able to walk to the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Came here mostly to brag about Ashley. She went above and beyond helping us to get a great room for a much needed get away, taking extra time for us even though we used points for the stay. THANK YOU, the room upgrade and early check in made the stay really fantastic! Fellow travelers -- this isn't the newest property in the area, but the room was perfect and fresh, a good view from the balcony ( i think we were facing west??). The pool area is super calm, shady, relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.
Continuous high quality, even with COVID restrictions.
My daughter and I stayed at the Courtyard on Christmas night and the following night, 2020. Upon arrival we were greeted by Rick who was most courteous and helpful. We had a beautiful room, 711, which had extremely comforable beds, was clean and had probably the best view in the hotel as it was on the top floor facing the ocean. We in town visiting family for the holidays so did not really partake of any of the amenities or the general area but the hotel is in an excellent spot for those who would like the beach, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, the Space Center and the general Cocoa Beach vibe. The only inconvenience was that there were no coffee supplies, cups or laundry bags in the room and upon reading the instruction sheet later in the day relating to Covid we realized we needed to ask for these items to be sent up from the front desk and they would be delivered to our room anytime. I'd like to suggest that, upon checking in, guests be offered these items and told they aren't in the room due to Covid. That would alleviate the inconvenience we experienced. The next night upon returning to the hotel we requested the items at the desk and received everything we needed. Otherwise, the stay, hotel and personnel were all excellent.
