We booked in advance for a room with ocean view and pool view. This is what we got. Front desk wasn’t any help and was rude. We were also charged before we even checked into the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.
Love love love
I try to start here every time. Hands down Iv stayed in 6 difference places in two months. Ocean front. By far this is the best hands down. Stayed here multi days on 3 occasions in 2 mo. I live on the west coast. Love this place. Beach is clean and amazing too.
Prices going up with no updates
I have stayed here several times over the past few years. Staff has always been great. They have been planning a interior remodeling for some time with only one room updated to date - a year ago. I was planning on returning until I discovered the price increases with not having a interior room update schedule. Location is fantastic. Non smoking rooms - but - they allow smoking on the room verandas. Smoke waffles in from floors below. Not to mention more reefer madness smell than tobacco. It's been a good run for the family staying here. But now condo, timeshare or airbnb in updated accomodations, extra room and truly non smoking inside and outside rooms will be in order.
location but older
You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Right next to the pier and on the beach so you can enjoy the view from your balcony. I would have given this hotel a three because of the updates that are needed, but the location brought it up to a four. The room is older and in need of a few repairs. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows had feathers that kept poking my face. With a little TLC this hotel could be tops in the area
Amazing Service
We booked a much needed get-away. Upon arrival, Harmony (front desk) was pleasant and accommodating. She even helped me upgrade to a better ocean-view room, which is what my wife needed most of all! Harmony was amazing! She should get a raise and a promotion! I hope to see her here the next time we come!
