The Inn at Cocoa Beach

If you are looking for a boutique hotel with ocean views, spacious rooms that are fresh and comfortable, then this is where you should stay. Due to COVID they couldn’t serve their normal breakfast but instead served up deliciously large muffins and lots of fresh bananas, apples and oranges. The staff went out of their way to accommodate all requests. The beach is steps away and the pool setting ideal and kept at a perfect temperature. You won’t go wrong staying here.

The attention to extras here is what warms my heart: am amazingly happy with our stay at this fabulous place! We would give a 6 out of 5 if we could! -a real rose in a tiny vase attached to the restroom mirror is freshly replaced daily -peaceful fountain is by the pool -modern decor in the room -check in AND check out are easy & fast -central location to bars, ice cream shops, stores, and restaurants -pleasant plants are situated in beautiful pots on each veranda -super friendly staff and two, sweet dogs for bringing smiles -average price -rockers are provided on the veranda -our 1st floor room opens right up to the well-maintained pool -15% coupon given to us for Ron Jon Surf Shop (which is a 5 mins walking distance) -the grounds are well-kept -real keys are used instead of magnetic cards -hot coffee and tea are avab all day in the lobby -bc of Covid 19, breakfast is large muffins, fresh fruit, and granola bars (sufficient 👌🏼) -beach is located right over the dunes right beyond the pool area (which is gated/locked) 😁We will definitely be returning 🥰

My husband and I had been wanting to stay here since we located to the area and we are so glad that we did - it did not disappoint. Although there were still some COVID restrictions it did not diminish much from our visit. The standard rooms are a little small, but very nice and clean and the staff was warm and friendly. Towels and beach chairs are available to the guests to use at the pool or at the beach right across the street and complimentary coffee and snacks are available. I look forward to our next visit and hopefully it will be beyond the COVID restrictions so that we can enjoy this terrific Inn to its fullest.

I almost hate to review as I want to keep it a secret. Beautiful spot, on the water. The staff are friendly and personable. The inn is very very clean. The bathroom is notable since it is hard to keep things from molding and rusting in the beach environment. The inn's bathroom was so clean. Terrazzo floors. Beds are comfortable. Notable also is room service. Many hotels/motels aren't servicing during a stay due to Covid. This was a pleasant surprise. I also never swim in hotel pools. We have one and I'm a stickler for how clean pools should be. The pool at the inn is crystal clear. They provide pool towels a well as beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge during Covid. We stayed an extra night enjoying the cocoa beach area and the inn.

I spent one night at the Inn at Cocoa Beach prior to meeting up with friends at an AirBnB. I had high hopes of seeing a rocket launch but it was scrubbed. I decided to spend a little more on my hotel so I'd be walking distance to and have a view of the ocean. This Inn doesn't disappoint. The view is spectacular. I watched the sun rise from my 2nd floor balcony. It was the highlight of my night. The pros: Excellent view, nice rocking chairs on the balcony, comfortable bed. The cons: No phone. No mini frig. No coffee pot. No microwave. No place in the shower to put a bar of soap without it sliding to the floor. No plastic bag for the tiny ice bucket. No plastic cups for the bathroom sink. Plus, the remote control didn't work and maintenance spent 30 minutes on it and couldn't fix it. They moved me to a new room but the a/c in the new room buzzed so I elected to move back to my original room. By then, the front desk guy had come up and he got the remote to work. So, not an auspicious start for such an expensive room. Everything that is missing here can be had at a cheaper hotel without the view. I prefer the view. I loved the Inn at Cocoa Beach. I hope to go back You're paying for the view. It's worth it.
