Personlized service
This resort features a water park, lazy river etc. and easy access to the beach. They have complimentary chairs and umbrellas supervised by friendly attentive people. They made us feel special, greeting us and tending to our every need. Especially notable one young man from Venezuela,Edgar, made our stay all the more pleasurable. He conducted himself in a friendly, professional manner with a warmth that made us feel like we had know him for years as a close friend.
We will be back awesome place.
Activities Kyla Tony are the best for entertainment people for the anytime. So kind fun, love children. Good music, fun for the kids, Tracey is the best bartender for the position. She is a keeper. These people make the resort fun, relaxing, enjoyable. They make you wanting to be here having fun with them.
Awesome Staff Outside!
Two thumbs up to Kyla and Anthony in activities!! They are great with the children and I highly recommend this hotel because of them. Resort is geared more for children which makes it great for families.
Great Time..
We have been Westgate owners since 1999. Our first stay at Cocoa Beach, although we miss the bigger rooms and the washer and dryers in the rooms.. the Beach is the big Positive here.. so easy to get to and relax, walk, pick up shells, watch the surfers and dolphins.. plus the extra benefits of Lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a cooler.. we had a wonderful young man (and surfer) named Edgar who was so accommodating and pleasant.. so helpful and always smiling... Whatta joy to be greeted by him and tell us... See you tomorrow when we leave. We will be back...
Wonderful
This was my second trip to Westgate Cocoa Beach and I, again, had a fabulous time. Anthony in the activities staff was great. He even brought his guitar out and played some songs for us! All the staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped make my trip enjoyable and I look forward to being able to go back!
