I stayed there for 2 weeks with family and had what can only be described as a horrible stay. To begin with the pictures shown on the site are super misleading and are taken from angles which would make them appear way nicer than in real life. The roads on the inside were very poor and lack the proper lighting. The swimming pool is super small cosidering the size of the sight. But the worst of all was the staff!! Very ill-mannered and disrespectful. Whenever they can't communicate something in english they would use french to undermine anything you say. At the end of our stay they asked us to clean the so called "villa" to avoid being fined 70€ they had already blocked on our card. Nevertheless they came for check out with their faces worn upside down and started complaining how dirty the place was! Even though we spent hours cleaning it to make it cleaner than when we took it! Things like "why is the sink wet!" And "why does the spoons have water on them" i don't mind being fined for the right reasons but these certainly were not. And especially not with that attitude. If there was one thing good i would say about this place it would be that the owner of the restaurant was super polite and generous. So to make it short i had very bad experience here and really think a lot of you will. So if you are thinking of going here i extremely suggest otherwise!

Everything in this camping site is a complete disaster. Rooms are super small. poor lighting at nights” many of us got injured because of it”. But what choked me the most is the how rude the staff become once you complain or ask for something, they make you feel unwelcomed and that you don't matter at all. They fined us 150 euros on the checkout because we were late 10 mins and there was water in the kitchen sink! ”the checkout was at 8:00 btw”
Bad experience in general

-very very small caravans: We booked a mobile home for 2 weeks for 6 people (€2480). Our relatives booked one for 4 people. The size of both caravans is the same except that they crammed an extra room in ours! If you are tall or big you won't fit through the doors. - one key only is provided for 6 people! We requested extra, the answer was no. We had to coordinate going out to the beach or the swimming pool all 6 of us at all times! - unlit at night: there is almost no street lighting at night, (we'd expect low level lighting for safety) which makes coming back late dangerous, my father hit something on the ground at night, he spent the next day at the emergency room and couldn't swim for the rest of the holiday. - electricity went off at our caravan before midnight, we went to the reception and called the emergency line but they said they can't do anything till the next day. No one showed up the next morning, we called at 10am then someone finally showed up to fix it. Needless to say all our food in the fridge has gone bad! - you have to pay for bed sheets and towels, so remember to bring your own. - the last straw was two days before the end of our trip. a tree fell off crashing three cars in front of our caravan! Then we were told we had to evacuate our caravan because another tree might fall. At 7pm we had to pack everything and they took us to the hotel, only to ask us to move back to the caravan early the next morning so basically we spent the last two days packing and unpacking and no compensation was offered (except for coffee). Only positives are; good location and easy access to the beach, although you need to hire a car, the size of 4 ppl caravan is acceptable. friendly restaurant staff and gate keeper. Beautiful forest but watch out for falling trees! All in all a very bad experience.

We were very disappointed with the place. Overall service was very poor. Pictures on the website are very misleading and nothing like reality..Eveything is run down and in need of major maintenance. Rooms are extremely small. Inside the "villa" was somehow clean but everything around is NOT. One thing to take into consideration is that sheets, towels and wifi are not included in the rental price, we had to pay extra for each one of us. Garbage containers were 'conveniently' located at the entrance of the camp and since our place was toward the back, we had to walk all the way to the front with our trash bags. Staff at the reception were relatively nice as long as we didn't have any complaints, once we had a complaint, they were very rude and had an attitude of 'take it or leave it'. The worst of all is that no cars are allowed to enter the camp after 11pm! We had to park cars at the entrance and walk while carrying our sleeping kids. That brings me to the other important point, no adequate lights were available along the dark way to our place. We had 3 different injuries (one of which ended up at the emergency room for treatment) b/c it was too dark to see the big cement blocks or rocks along the way. So my advice will be, flash lights are a MUST (but if you are carrying a sleeping child, it's pretty hard to turn on ur flash light). Things to consider: Pool area is ok but if you are a male you have to wear a speedo (no exceptions) and no pool floaters or balls are allowed. Bugs and mosquitoes are awful so bug repellents are another MUST have. My only star I would give for location and for the very nice friendly staff at the restaurant (food and drinks were very decent)

We recently stayed in marina paradise campsite in July to early August 2018, we were a group travelling with 3 young children and couples. We were doing our trip on a bit of a budget and wanted to experience the local area hence why we picked this site. we were not expecting luxury as this campsite was a 2 star. We arrived late in the evening and pulled up at reception whilst trying to console a 3 month old baby and young children only to be ushered by the staff to move our vans, we were given a pack with no welcome or directions on how to get to our pitch, after driving in circles we decided to call eurocamp rep who was no help either, he pointed us in the direction and told us to park over there, we asked for a trolley which on the website they state they have to help you load and unload the vehicle as you cannot park at your tent, they only have 2? And both were in use? We barely had any contact with the reps they are pretty much non existent. The tents are fine ... although the area is so dusty and dirty you get covered in it, don’t bring anything white .... my pram is filthy. Make sure you bring plenty of misquito sprays as you get eaten alive! You can only swim as a man in tight traditional trunks which drove my husband crazy, no inflatables are allowed at the pool and it’s very pram unfriendly with steps. The showers and tolilets are cleaned frequently but really are run down. To finish on a plus note ..... it’s so safe for children to play, as no cars on site, there are lots of trees so the shade is nice to keep your tent cooler, everything is nice and close, the pool and shop etc. There is a big supermarket in walking distance and a lovely beach ..... although rough around the edges we did have a good time but if you are looking for helpful friendly staff and a bit more comfort camping I wouldn’t recommend this site.
