Being Choice Rewards members we stay at a lot of Comfort Suites. This is one of the better ones we have stayed at. Room was nice, breakfast was good and all the people we came in contact with were very friendly. Two drawbacks , this one sits back off the road and has limited parking space in front. we didn't go around back so maybe there is more. We were in an accessible room and I was shocked that the bathroom floor tile were so slick. This room had an accessible shower showering the water did get onto the floor to a secondary drain. The floor was sloped slightly towards this drain and when I stepped out I nearly fell not expecting the slipperiness of the floor. That definitely needs to be addressed! Otherwise good clean room for our night in College Station, plenty of towels and other room amenities
Used to be nice- won’t stay here again

We have stayed at this location many times over the past five years when coming to College Station and have had great accommodations! This time, that was not the case. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel nearby. Our room was dirty, many bugs in the bathroom and behind our bed! Front desk personnel was overwhelmed and trying hard, but waited for 15 min to get towels. I’m not sure what has changed so drastically over the past few years but we will never stay here again.

Mold in grout in shower, missing tiles. Everyday we had to ask for enough towels for our family. Hand towels for the sink seemed to be at a premium as it was hard to get them. Swimming pool locked and full of scummy green water breeding mosquitoes. Desk staff said it was because of covid but really the owner just doesn't want to fix the pool. You can tell this hotel is owned by someone who doesn't have enough money to operate it properly or perhaps they have made all the money that want and now they are just running it into the ground. Don't stay there.
Needed One Night

We chose here because they said it had trailer parking, it does not. We ended up taking up five regular, dark parking spots in the back and worried about my truck the whole night. The room was very large and clean. It did need some work in the bathroom because the sheet rock was falling off the wall. I liked the tall ceilings and space more than anything. The staff was friendly enough with what little interaction we had with them. Not worth more than an average rating because that what it is, an regular hotel with a bed.
Why would they lie about the pool and hot tub?

We chose this place because it has a pool and hot tub. At check-in we asked the people at the desk about the hot tub and pool. They said to stop at the desk for the key. The next morning we went to the desk for the pool and hot key. They said the hot tub wasn't working and we were very disappointed. So we prepared to enjoy the pool without the hot tub only to find out that the pool wasn't working either, so they said. Both looked operational. Disappointed. When we come back for the Aggie graduation, we will stay elsewhere.
