The room was not clean, smelled horribly, stains on the bedding and the door did not close all the way! Front office was extremely messy, could not reach anyone to give back the key and inform of the problems

Littler interaction was needed with front desk. He was polite and welcoming. The room was very unappealing. The walls were dirty and had holes…. It’s was just very gross feeling. I would definitely not stay again because of the room.. I would like to reiterate that the lobby staff was great.

They price gouged for Family Weekend! Hotel is nasty and worn completely out. Reminded me more of a homeless shelter than a Wyndham hotel at $200+ per night. Ridiculous! Just better than sleeping in the truck at $200+ per night.

Excellent location for the area. Cleanliness was a plus great customer service experience quite facility dependable room service daily that assisted with any needs or additional service that may needed to be rendered.

I booked two rooms for a family trip. The first room smelt like mildew as soon as you walked in. Throughout the night, the toilet would run for awhile, stop and then start running again. The second room, was not very clean and you could tell that they cleaned it in a rush. The TV stopped working in the middle of the night. Also there were huge cracks in the walls, Looks like they tried to tape over it and paint on top of that.
