Good stay, great customer service
I stayed at the Hawthorn Suites in College Station for 3 weeks. The stay was good, but they ran out of several breakfast items during my time there. The water temperature in my room also fluctuated. However, Minnie Shell and Lanita Lewis went above and beyond to provide excellent service! These two employees along with their manager provided service that was far above what one would expect. I would gladly return just for the exemplary service!
Great place to stay!
My two night stay was wonderful. Rooms were big, which is a plus for me since I travel with a dog and her crate is rather large. Hotel is sits back off the street so it was very quiet. Everything was clean, grounds were nice and lots of grass for walking dogs. Numerous places to eat very close by. I will stay here again.
Evacuated home during Texas Snowstorm
Very welcoming during Uri when we had to evacuate our home due to electrical blackout during the snow and ice that blanketed our normally warm state. We were able to take all of our animals and staff were great at making sure we were comfortable during our stay.
No social distancing enforced
Too many guest milling around common areas totally unmasked and no one enforcing this. Very disappointed since my family and I know people who have contracted this virus....it is NO JOKE!! Sad that my 11 year old grandson asked why it was that our family wore our masks to protect others and they did not protect us!
Wonderful
Our stay at the Hawthorn in College Station was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and all social distancing was followed. Our stay was very peaceful and our grand kids loved it. The couch bed in the the opposite side of the room with a door is fantastic!! We would love to stay again.
