Wow. I believe this trip was the best I have ever taken in my life. My stay here was special!
I was here 8 days to spend x-mas with my daughter and my 2 grandsons...I was soooo impressed with everyone of your staff. (Trevor, Darivsz, Liz, Nate, Jackson and Alma as well as the housekeeping staff). If I needed something, there was no wait. I was headed out one night about 2:30 am and the lights were on in the pool which closes at 12 midnight. I saw Liz squeegeeing the ceiling and when I came back in she had started moping the floor. First off, any 19 year old employee would be texting, surfing the net, face booking, sleeping, etc. For the most part, 5 of 6 staff were under 25 years old. WOW! Whom ever is your hiring manager has to feel blessed for finding and securing such talent. I doubt that I will find this same setup at another Comfort Inn...but it also would not surprise me. Thank you sooo much! Boake Baird/970-310-0000/Florida
Will never recommend
The room was nice except the layout was a little weird. No closet or place to put clothes in the room. The night staff was exceptionally friendly and she went out of her way to help as when we got there our reservations were wrong. Our check in was a little confusing and the fact that I had a pet was somehow overlooked. It was an honest mistake as the woman helping me seemed a little flustered about our reservation being wrong and since I was using my loyalty reward points she couldn't change them but together we figured out a way and we got our room. The next morning we had housekeeping at our door and, of course, our little 7lb dog started barking. A minute later the little man from the front desk was at our door. I opened the door and he sounded like a nag as he went on and on about pet policy and he didn't know we had a pet. I tried telling him that I did mention my dog but somehow it must've been too huge of an issue when I checked in. The clerk demanded that I go to the front desk and discuss the issue with him there instead. He was already very rude when he knocked on our door, the second knock by staff even with our DND sign up. I think that means do not disturb. When I got to the front desk this little man continued to nag me about the dog. He seemed as if he was taking it extremely personal, the fact that my pet hadn't been documented.
Great hotel, great employees
I really enjoy my stays here. I stay every time I am in town for work. Great staff usually i am checked in by Alma. She is great and always cheerful. Check in always fast, which helps after a long day to just get to your room and relax. Very good choice for a place to say while in town.
Decent hotel near the interstate in Fort Collins.
We moved here after a disappointing experience at another Fort Collins hotel. It was located east of the main part of town near the interstate. It was fine as a budget option and quiet enough. We probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.
Super friendly staff and comfortable.
This hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable. But the star of this show was the gal that checked us in. Alma, genuinely a caring nice person. She also did a bbq for the guests on the Thursday night we checked in. She is the perfect example of someone who should work in hospitality. This hotel chain is becoming a go to for my husband and I.
