Staying with Homewood as my family moves from Summit County(Breckenridge)
This Hotel is Amazing. The location is right next to park meadows mall and the Interstate. If your looking for the best customer service you've ever had this hotel is a must stay. From Michelle in the morning and Padma in the afternoon these Front Desk Associates are Five Star. The GM Eric is wonderful. If your traveling with family don't have to worry about safety or Cleanliness as this hotel has you covered. Thank you so much for making us feel at home, away from home.
Hilton’s Clean and Safe?
Most concerning was that all of the housekeeping staff in halls did not have mask on or; if they did had one, mask was not covering mouth and nose. They did not bother to put them on as we walked by wearing ours. Rooms appeared clean, dated, and carpet could use cleaning. Air conditioning units worked, but had signs and broken knobs. This is the first Hilton property that we have stayed at since Covid that staff were not compliant with State laws. We have been to several in OK, TX, WA and CO.
Great Location
This is the first time staying at this restaurant and the overall experience was average! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the TV didn't work in the living room area. The breakfast was okay! All breakfast items were served by the front desk staff member. The hotel requires all guests to wear a face mask while inside the building. However, it was noted that several housekeeping staff were not wearing masks while cleaning the rooms or while in the hallways. The hotel is located in great location for my daughter doctor office and restaurants. Plenty of free parking.
Great staff, excellent stay
Due to a family tragedy we had to travel to Denver area for an extended stay. We are so glad we chose the Homewood Suites in the Denver Tech Center. Manager Eric and his staff go out of their way to be accommodating and professional during a very challenging time. The extra measures they took so we could have the mobility and accessibility location we needed during the stay made all the difference to us during a very sad time. We appreciated the service and hospitality and would absolutely recommend to others and we would return as well. Thank you again Eric and Staff. We appreciated you very much.
Breakfast
With a majority of the restrictions having been lifted here in Colorado it's time to bring back breakfast. Have asked both local hotel management and the corporate customer service help line with no success. Would really appreciate it, thanks.
