Superb value proposition

This is an older property but seemed very well-maintained and exceptionally well-cleaned. We stayed in a suite that was both spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was actually really good, as was the service. For the price point, it doesn’t get much better than this in Denver, and I would gladly come back several more times.
Newly remodeled Hotel with a great staff

Chose this hotel for its location near a light rail station and easy access to a large mall with plenty of shopping. We had a two bedroom suite. Beautiful felt very new and updated. Double layer shades helped keep the room as dark as you want. Staff was very good and friendly. One morning only a light non hot breakfast. The second they had a warm breakfast that was dished for you. All of this expected in this Covid times. Room are cleaned ever other day which is more than many offer. If there was a negative it is close to Interstate 25. So there is some round the clock road noise. We found the sound became background noise and was not distracting. But if you're a light sleeper request a room facing away from the road. We definitely will stay here again
Great rooms but average service

My gf and her children stayed at this hotel for three nights in July/2020. We had reserved and got a suite with one bedroom. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and everything looked new. We stayed on the 4th floor. Not sure if they have designated pet friendly rooms but there were a lot of guests with dogs on our floor. Our room however smelled clean and fresh. At arrival, for some reason the front desk lady was able to find our reservation only after we provided the reservation code. We were traveling with four bicycles and asked for any storage available on the first floor. They indicated that there was none. So we had to take our bikes into our room. In spite of making a reservation for two adults and two kids, there were no bedsheets or pillows for the sofa bed in the room at arrival. Please note that their parking lot has no security cameras. My truck was damaged by a hit and run driver while parked there (not the hotel’s fault). Luckily a Good Samaritan witnessed the collision and took note of the vehicle description and license plate. She left the information with the hotel management who unfortunately misplaced the note for a few hours. Finally their policy is to provide house keeping services every other day. That is a problem for a room with four people and a small garbage can. I observed piles of garbage and fast food boxes outside many rooms. Not sure if that makes business sense.

Newly remodeled, room looked modern and very nice with a great color scheme. separate bedroom, 2 TV's they did a good job. The outside looked good even though they are still remodeling the downstairs lobby and breakfast area. The only drawback was that the room was not very clean. Hair in the bathroom. some type of grit on the bed spread, dirty mirror etc. Not the usual Marriott standard, but I understand growing pains! Grab and go breakfast was decent considering the renovation. We will go back and try them again once the dust settles.

We stayed in a room on the third floor facing the courtyard and did not hear any street noise - just normal hotel sounds of people moving around. It’s a short walk to the RTD train stop at County Line Road. You could also use the train stop walkway to go up and over the freeway to the Park Meadows Mall. The room was a studio setup with a kitchen, sitting area and bed and bath. It was clean. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a two burner stove. There were a few dishes/pans available to use. Big shower but the towels were rather rough. Nice comfortable bed and bedding. The TV was in an awkward position. It didn’t really turn to watch from the bed or the couch. Don’t know what they were thinking there. There is a pool which we did not use but no hot tub. They did have breakfast but we didn’t eat there but it smelled good. Front desk was efficient and friendly. It was hard to know where the front desk was located from the street. There isn’t the typical hotel entrance. Maybe some signage would be helpful.
