Excellent Experience
Two couples were traveling together and the front desk ladies could not have been more helpful....great personalities and very accomadating by putting us in connecting rooms and helpful with a great rate. The beds are wonderful.. An extremely pleasant stay after being on the road all day. Thanks Sleep Inn
Terrible Customer Service
The pool was shut down to not being fixed, gym was closed, washing machine and dryer was broken which was not told to us when asked before reserving our room which was needed due to playing ball. Also, they let a group come in dressed in evil mask and film some one in a casket at the entrance of the hotel which we had small children with us which this terrified them. When I spoke with the night manager on duty explaining my concerns and said dont you think parents should be notified of this, he said it was none of our businness what they did. Will never stay in a sleep inn again or with any hotel in this organization.
Quiet and Quaint
The front desk staff are very nice and go out of their way to help travelers. The cost is good especially being close to the interstate. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again.
Stop over for the night
Front desk reception was nice; recommended local restaurant, Stan’s for dinner. Room appeared clean; bathroom okay. Had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper and two hand towels. Breakfast room lady was sweet. Breakfast not so good. Offerings limited. Would recommend going to Stan’s or Cracker Barrel.
Great service!
I stayed at the Sleep Inn for a week in february. And i must say that the service is fantastic. The people at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. They did walk an extra mile for me to feel welcome. There are only two things i can put my finger on that wasn’t great: 1. Wifi is not good. If you need a stable wifi connection, you will be disappointed. It’s probably just a configuration thing for the hotel to fix. 2. Coming from hotels in Norway and Europe, i wouldn’t call the breakfast offered breakfast. But that may just be me. I’m not used to American breakfast culture, so it may have been good after all 😀
