I checked in with my 2 daughters for Mother’s Day weekend get away. The one lady at the counter had her son chewing food dropping it on the counter. We took out stuff to the room and my girls looked at me . No one had to say a word: the bedding had make up stains and shoe marks on it. The bathroom had hair in the floor and toilet. We were so grossed out we walked out. I am not sure I would send my worse enemy to this place.

Surface is clean enough. Floors are not. Under bedding like the bed skirt is gross. The woman at the front desk on 2/12/22 at 3pm was wonderful! She was swamped and yet didn’t miss a beat with friendly, perky customer service and always maintained a positive and friendly attitude despite issues she was dealing with. Hot water is minimal, super noisy hotel (like walls are made cardboard evidently) and if I hadn’t brought a fan of my own I wouldn’t have slept at all. Beds are comfy. But if you’re literally just sleeping here, it’s fine. This is a budget hotel.

Clean Place To Stay - Friendly Staff

This was a nice place to stay for our Columbus shopping trip; it is in a great location! It was clean and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good, actually had hot food! For the price, we felt it was the best deal especially since we weren't going to be at the hotel itself that long. PS don't use the vending machinE I lost 5.00 in it lol

I had a fantastic stay, the staff was friendly. Th tv had lots of channels. The room was very clean and the hotel was in a great location. The Wifi worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. I liked how the sink was outside the bathroom. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Pretty nice stay, the staff was friendly, only complaint was that the toilet seat was loose. Easy access to I71. Could have left some coffee out after they closed the access bar. I do not like being held to a minimum of words in my review!
