Was so sweet. A great welcome to the hotel, plus a nice hotel room!! Will most definitely be visiting back again. She is such a nice person. Mariott always has the best customer service to me and becuase of Toni I will be visiting back!

Mrs. Toni was amazing help getting my teammates and I accommodated! Will be visiting again if she is working!! The room is very clean. And she was very personable and talking with my teammates and I while we were waiting for a room!

Toni helped me and a couple teammates get a great room for us 3 and was very respectful and nice, one of the best experiences i’ve had with any hotel service. Definitely coming back to this hotel when i’m back in town
Great stay!
Courtyard had the fun of housing myself and employees for two months for work. Our stay was fantastic, but the front desk worker Amber was even better! She made sure to go out of her way to meet our needs, and then some. I hope Courtyard shows their appreciation for employees like herself. Hope to be back again when we are in town. Gavin
Awesome Manager
We have stayed in this hotel several times. Each time the hotel was very nice and the manager Toni Maple was so sweet and made our stay perfect. I had surgery in Columbus and we stayed here instead of driving home. Toni made sure we had everything we needed and put us in a room convenient to the parking area, so I didn't have to walk very far.
