Terrible Hotel and Accommodations
Reviewed 22 june, 2022
This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at and I travel a lot. Everything is outdated, with stains on the comforters and couches. Pretty sure they do not wash their sheets either. Smells weird and the staff is not friendly. Worst of all the pull-out couch that they advertise feels like you're laying on a wobbly slinky. I would have had better luck staying at a Motel 6, no joke. Don't stay here, it's not worth your time or money.
Tired, tired hotel

Many options much better. Will not stay here again. This survey is too damn long. Why am I wasting my time on it? Because you should never stay here. Don't get ripped off like I did. Why do I have to do 200 damn characters.
Quick trip to Columbus

Read all the bad reviews and was a little worried about my stay. Hotel is dated but the room I had on 10th floor was very spacious, and nice size bathroom. The room was a little dated, but all in all was not bad. Location of hotel was great.
Dated and very dirty hotel - unbelievable that this is a hilton quality

This hotel is totally dated. The only plus is that its location is exactly in the middle of downtown. Other than that, it has nit been maintained and cleaned for quite many years. From the public areas like the lobby to the rooms. Worse are the rooms, it is acceptable if a hotel is dated but it is also dirty. We are here with my family and we had to move the bed a little so they can sleep by the wall. When we moved it there were years (at least 10) of dust and trash underneath er the small 2 feet of bed we moved and exposed. It was disgusting. The corners in the room were also very dusty. Outside our room, housekeeping left trash outside our door (possible have fallen out of the trolley but still no one cared to pick it up so we ended up having opened cans and tissue paper outside our room in the morning.
Run down, no hot water, stay elsewhere
Reviewed 12 april, 2022
This hotel needs some serious TLC. My room has a steady faucet drip wasting tons of water (filled a cup in a few minutes). Reports it threw times, did not get fixed. First morning, went to take a shower, no hot water. Reported it and the faucet. Tried hot water late that evening and found Luke warm, not hot. Dropped something in the bathroom, found mold and filth under the sink. Seriously needs maintenance, obviously had a water problem. No breakfast. There is a tiny cafe. But very little food. Do not expect a Hilton breakfast here. You will be lucky if you can purchase a cup of coffee. When I reported the hot water and mold issue, desk clerk claimed they have been closed for two years. When I said “slow or fully closed”, he refused to answer. Spend your money elsewhere, this management is either inept or does not care.
