Great stay
Hotel seems brand new and really clean. We asked for a room away from the highway. We Ate before check in next door at Texas Roadhouse. Check in was CoVid compliant and we saw no one in the lobby. Our room is spotless, comfy beds , paul Mitchell products in bathroom. Quiet and comfy. Would recommend and return.
Staffs are very good. Rooms are noisy
Staffs are what make the hotel experience great. Keep up the great work! However, I only gave 3 out of 5 because the rooms facing the freeway is so loud, you can’t sleep very good. The noise insulation should be better.
Very clean and friendly.
From the moment we walked into the lobby until we checked out the staff greeted us with a smile and helped us with our every need. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 but to go food was offered when we checked out and hot coffee was available as well. We would definitely stay again.
Very friendly and great hospitality
Our recent stay was great. Very nice hotel, clean and offer many amenities. Staff was very friendly and great to work with. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Columbus,IN. New hotel and rooms were great.
Avoid the Highway side of the Hotel if possible
Reception and check-in was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit disturbing to see so may guests in the lobby without masks considering state requirements to wear one. The room was ok. Modern furnishing and comfortable bed and linens. Large bathroom. I would say avoid the West side of the hotel that faces the highway. Our room was on the 4th floor and the highway noise was constant all night. Soundproofing of the windows is pretty poor. The in room entertainment is good with a large TV that you can use your log-in's for Netflix or Amazon, ect. Desk for working if necessary. I think that the stay would have been much nicer staying on the East side of the hotel.
